WASHINGTON, DC: To assist Stormy Daniels with moving into a safe house and paying back legal bills following her testimony in the criminal trial that resulted in Donald Trump's conviction on 34 crimes, her supporters raised more than $900,000, according to the Guardian.

The funds originate from an online GoFundMe campaign launched by the adult film actress' friend and former manager. She recently made an appearance on MSNBC, where she detailed the barrage of social media abuse she has received from Trump supporters as he runs for a second term in office, including threats to kill and rape her daughter and other family members.

The fundraiser’s organizer, Dwayne Crawford, wrote on the page for the campaign, which set a goal of $1 million, "It’s become unsafe for her family and her pets. Stormy needs help to relocate her family to somewhere they can feel safe and live on their terms."

He added, "She needs assistance to be able to continue to pay the mounting fees so that Trump doesn’t just win because his pocketbook seems endless."

The 'I Stand with Stormy Daniels campaign' was launched after she played a significant part in getting Trump convicted in late May of falsifying company documents. As of Friday, July 5, the campaign had received more than $940,000 from over 17,600 donations.

Notably, Daniels, whose real name is Stephanie Clifford, received $130,000 in exchange for her silence on an alleged adulterous sexual encounter she had with Trump, 10 years before he won the 2016 presidential election.

Moreover, prosecutors said that the payment to Daniels was fraudulently documented as legal fees. With Daniels' evidence, they were able to prosecute Trump in a state courtroom in New York.

However, on Monday, July 1, the US Supreme Court ruled that presidents are generally immune from prosecution about their acts while in office, offering Trump some hope.

Furthermore, this could significantly help Trump in his efforts to win criminal allegations against him for allegedly trying to rig the 2020 election in which he lost to Joe Biden, and for unlawfully keeping confidential documents.

Stormy Daniels slammed as GoFundMe campaign for her raises nearly $1M

Several internet users slammed Stormy Daniels as her supporters raised more than $900,000 from an online GoFundMe campaign launched by her friend and former manager.

A social media user wrote on X, "She's not in danger, why does she need a sage house? She's a grifter," while one added, "Perfect she can pay Trump back for lying about him."

One person asked, "Wait… are people paying her aware that $600,000 goes to Trump? They are literally funding Trump. Hahahahahabahahaha" while another stated, "Great! Now, maybe, she can afford to pay Trump the money she owes him."

One individual wrote, "Must be nice to spew a sob story so people can feel bad for you and send you money."
