NEW YORK CITY, NEW YORK: During an interview with Rachel Maddow on MSNBC on the night of July 3, Stormy Daniels anticipated that if Donald Trump secures a second term, he will intensify his efforts to use her as "more of an example" and expects his supporters to escalate their threats.

Daniels discussed her testimony in Trump's hush money trial. The adult film actress also speculated that she might face possible imprisonment.

Stormy Daniels voices concerns over potential Trump reelection

The interview with Maddow marked Daniels's first public appearance since Trump was found guilty on all counts of falsifying business records to hide alleged affairs during his 2016 campaign.

When MSNBC anchor Rachel Maddow asked Daniels if she was concerned about Trump being reelected, Daniels responded, "Shouldn't we all be worried about that?"

Maddow followed up by asking if Daniels was "worried about" another Trump term, "particularly for" herself.

Daniels confirmed her concern, prompting Maddow to inquire further about the reasons behind her apprehension.

"I think he will try to make even more of an example out of me and also because his followers will probably be even more bold, thinking if they do something then he’ll pardon them," said Daniels, who was a key figure in Trump's recent hush money trial in New York, leading to his conviction on felony charges.

Daniels also expressed concern that Trump’s "followers will" become "even more bold, thinking if they do something, he’ll pardon them."

Stormy Daniels reveals escalating threats amid Trump's conviction

Elsewhere in the interview, Daniels shared with Maddow that the death threats she has received have become more "graphic" and "bold" since Trump was convicted on over 30 felony charges related to his hush money trial.

During the trial, Daniels testified about the allegations. Trump was accused of falsifying business records to hide payments made to Daniels in an attempt to cover up an affair before the 2016 presidential election.

Trump still denies both the affair and any involvement in the payments.

“It just poured gasoline on some of the stuff that I had been going through the entire time,” Daniels said.

Since the trial, she reported incidents of her personal information being exposed online, her mailbox being vandalized, and threats originating from individuals in her local community.

“The biggest thing is they’re not hiding [anymore],” she said. “They used to all be bots. Now they’re using their own stuff.”

Daniels also mentioned she is dealing with legal issues involving owing Trump hundreds of thousands of dollars in legal fees from her unsuccessful defamation lawsuit.

She explained that she declined to fill out a form requesting information about her daughter, resulting in court sanctions against her. A court date related to this matter is scheduled for August 7.

Internet debates Stormy Daniels' claim

Stormy Daniels' warning to Maddow about Trump intensified internet reactions with some supporting her while others saying otherwise.

One viewer shared, "Are you kidding? President Trump has no time for petty and trifling people like Ms XXX."

In a similar vein, another observer chimed in, "Sorry Stormy, you're not even on the radar."

Moreover, a viewer highlighted, "Hilarious. Maddow interviewed Daniels for two hours last night in an MSNBC Special while the country and the political class are debating Biden’s future and imminent decision. Talk about a programming failure."

Adding to the conversation, a follower contributed, "This grifter HOPES "Trump makes an example of her"...it's her only claim to fame. Someone should tell her she doesn't matter."

Another user said, "Honestly, if I were her, I'd leave the country ASAP if he's elected. She embarrassed him, and he's a small, petty man who will be unleashed by the courts. If he wins forget about it, she's in a great deal of danger."

A comment emphasized, "Revenge and intimidation will be key components of a possible 2nd Trump administration."

Echoing this sentiment, another comment noted, "She is correct, Trump will engage in extrajudicial revenge if elected."

An individual elaborated further, saying, "Stormy, don't worry about the threats. Trumpers are fat and out of shape and have a tough time making it from their couch to their fridge."
