Susie Wiles chokes up honoring Charlie Kirk, says 'he made the winning difference’ in Trump’s 2024 victory

GLENDALE, ARIZONA: White House Chief of Staff Susie Wiles, known in Washington, DC, as the "Ice Maiden" for her tough demeanor, grew emotional while honoring Charlie Kirk.
Speaking at a memorial, Wiles reflected on his role in shaping politics and the lasting legacy he left behind.

Like our President says, it's a movement of common sense: love your God, love your family, love your country, and help the next generation live into those values boldly." pic.twitter.com/7g6CCzlL5E

Susie Wiles says Charlie Kirk 'made the winning difference' in 2024
Wiles credited Kirk and his team at Turning Point USA for helping secure President Donald Trump’s 2024 victory.
"He made the winning difference, I promise you that," said Wiles while discussing the group’s influence on the election.
“Charlie did not just promise. He delivered,” she added. “Charlie and his team embraced the assigned mission completely, and they didn’t meet expectations—they shattered them and blew them out of the water,” Wiles said.

According to Wiles, Kirk’s ability to energize young voters was a defining factor in the campaign. “That was Charlie’s army, and he made sure they understood the stakes,” Wiles said.
"President Trump's victory, winning the popular vote in every swing state, was powered by young people, most brand new to politics. That was Charlie's army and he made sure that," she continued.
"They understood the stakes. They outworked, they out hustled and outperformed everyone else," said Wiles.
'Let us honor Charlie by continuing his work,' says Susie Wiles
Wiles urged the audience to keep Kirk’s mission alive by building on what he started.
“Let us honor Charlie in the best way possible by continuing his work, building on his foundation, and making sure this generation knows,” said Wiles.
She concluded with an emotional note: "And I believe Charlie is still urging us on," said Wiles.
