LOS ANGELES, CALIFORNIA: As Taylor Swift's romance with NFL star Travis Kelce continues to make headlines, a new report by Life and Style Magazine suggests that the pop sensation is navigating an "awkward" relationship with Travis' brother, Jason Kelce, and his wife Kylie.

According to the report, comments made by Kylie Kelce in an interview have allegedly contributed to the strained dynamics.

Kylie, expressing her preference for a more private lifestyle, stated that the spotlight is "not particularly my cup of tea" and emphasized her choice to watch games from the stands rather than the luxury suites, where Swift often cheers for the Chiefs.

Swift, who has reportedly already met Travis' parents Donna and Ed Kelce, allegedly took Kylie's remarks personally, leading to an "awkward" atmosphere. The source revealed, "Taylor hasn’t had the best reception from Jason and his wife."

According to the source, Kylie's quotes about the spotlight particularly irked Swift. They added, "Taylor took that personally and since then it’s been very awkward."

While Jason's profile has soared due to his closeness to Travis - the two host the massively successful 'New Heights' podcast together - he is typically more reserved than Travis.

"Taylor understands that it can be exhausting, but she can’t help that everything she does becomes front-page news," the source told Life and Style.

After the news was posted on TikTok, Kylie criticized the headline that implied she was critical, saying, "Go watch that video. I said it's not my cup of tea to have attention on me. I didn't say that. That seems like a stretch to me. You're reaching!."

A video of Wyatt, her four-year-old daughter, was soon posted on TikTok featuring a Taylor Swift song.

"If you’re gonna try to make a headline out of this, you better offer a suggestion of a better audio...because there isn’t one," Kylie said, paying tribute to Swift in a heartfelt post about her child.

Swift forced to skip Eagles-Chiefs game

In the ongoing saga of Taylor Swift's relationship with NFL star Travis Kelce, a new development suggests that Swift missed a crucial family meeting opportunity with Jason and Kylie. Swift was initially scheduled to attend the Eagles-Chiefs game at Arrowhead Stadium in November, intending to bring her parents along for the occasion.

However, unforeseen circumstances forced Swift to reschedule a tour date in Brazil to coincide with the game, and her plans to introduce her parents to Kelce's family had to be put on hold. The meeting could have served as a natural opportunity for Swift to meet Jason and Kylie Kelce, bridging gaps and potentially easing reported tensions.

This revelation comes in the midst of reports that Kelce and Swift had their first argument on Christmas Day following the Chiefs' unexpected loss to the Raiders at Arrowhead Stadium. The aftermath of the game reportedly saw Kelce expressing frustration, even snapping at Swift, marking a potential strain in their relationship.

Despite these challenges, Swift is expected to be present at Arrowhead Stadium for the Chiefs' playoff game against the Miami Dolphins, demonstrating her ongoing support for Kelce amid the freezing conditions in Kansas City. The couple made their relationship public in September, with Swift frequently attending NFL games across the United States to cheer on her boyfriend. The complexities of balancing high-profile relationships and family dynamics continue to unfold for the celebrity couple.
