She was very funny," recounted Quinn on 'Happy Sad Confused' podcast, adding, "She said something nice about like the show [Stranger Things], and I said, 'Oh, thanks. You're Taylor Swift. Nikki Glaser's parents apologize for their improper remarks about Julia Roberts' interaction with Travis Kelce
Comedian Nikki Glaser's parents—Edward Glaser and Julie Glaser— sparked an uproar with their comment about a viral clip of Julia Roberts touching Travis Kelce's chest during Taylor Swift's Dublin concert on June 30. Julie had exclaimed, "She's so gross," calling Roberts' move of "itching" the athlete's chest "weird." Edward agreed, saying that Kelce appeared to be "trying to get away" from Roberts.
The comedian's mother eventually admitted, however, that her choice of words was inappropriate, declaring that she "should've said something different than the word gross." Julie apologized, saying, "It's not a nice word. … So, I'm issuing an apology right now for using the word — but I think it was really weird."
Gracie Abrams recounts Travis Kelce saying 'I'll mess up so you look really good' before her show with Taylor Swift
Gracie Abrams tried not to "mess it up" as she went on stage with Taylor Swift on June 23 for their new joint project, 'Us'. Travis Kelce, however, made the amusing offer to take care of any issues for her. "Before we both went on, we were in the tent, and he was like — he went on right before I did, like, I think two songs or something," said 24-year-old Abrams about Kelce, adding, "He’s like, ‘I’ll mess up so you look really good.'"
As she considered the vibe of the Eras Tour, Abrams continued, "The thing is, it’s just a community of really supportive people. Truly everyone, whether you’re in the tent or in the top row in the stadium, it’s like everyone is there because there is such deep joy and feeling associated with all of the music that she’s put out over the past 18 years and it’s like, I don’t know. It’s a really magical thing."
Travis Kelce was ecstatic to perform with Taylor Swift at London Eras Tour show
Kelce had a "blast" while performing with Taylor Swift at her London Eras Tour show. The Kansas City Chiefs tight end raved about his unexpected skit on the latest installment of his podcast, 'New Heights', gleefully remarking that it was "very unlike" him to "be a ham."
In an explanation to his brother and fellow host, Jason Kelce, the Chiefs star revealed that he was the one who "initially mentioned it" to his girlfriend. "I was like, ‘How fun would it be if I just rolled out on one of the bikes during the '1989' era?'” recollected Kelce.
He added, "She started laughing and was like 'Would you seriously be up for doing something like that?' I was like, 'What? I would love to do that. Are you kidding me? I’ve seen the show enough. Might as well put me to work here.' She found the perfect part of the show to put me in … It was, like, the safest option."
