Troy E Nehls' REMOVE Act was passed days before his retirement

On November 18, Congressman Troy E Nehls' Rapid Expulsion of Migrant Offenders who Violate and Evade (REMOVE) Act passed the House Judiciary Committee.

While addressing the committee, Nehls criticized Joe Biden for letting illegal immigrants enter America.

Nehls claimed that the Biden administration let millions of illegal immigrants into America who "wreaked havoc on our communities and drained public resources."

He added that his bill aimed to reduce barriers that extended the removal proceedings and equipped the Trump administration with "necessary tools" to deliver on the promises he made to America.

Quoting the REMOVE Act, Nehls stated that if a person was in America illegally, they must be placed in "removal proceedings immediately."

He further said that the REMOVE Act will help Donald Trump deport illegal immigrants at "record speed."
