LOS ANGELES, CALIFORNIA: Whoopi Goldberg sparked a fiery moment on the Thursday, June 27, episode of 'The View' as she took aim at Republicans who continue to refer to Donald Trump as "the president".

During a discussion about the recent CNN debate between Trump and President Joe Biden, Goldberg interrupted to express her frustration with this ongoing practice among Republican supporters.

Whoopi Goldberg's fiery rebuke: 'Stop calling him the president'

"Can I say something that’s been bothering me? It’s been bothering me and bothering me! I would like every Republican out there to stop referring to this man as the president. He is not the president! He is the former president," Goldberg exclaimed passionately.

She continued, emphasizing her point: "And nobody can see the future and same with the donors. You cannot buy the presidency. You can put in as much money as you want to but it’s not for sale so stop calling him the president. He is not the president yet, he is the former president."

During her impassioned speech, Goldberg notably avoided mentioning Trump by name. This incident came just days after she had visibly recoiled at using his name during another segment, remarking, "I said his name. It was a trick, and it made me do it. I’m just saying that Biden knows what not to do. You can’t refute that man because he just spins and spins and spins."

Before Goldberg's commentary on Republicans, co-host and former Trump White House official Alyssa Farah Griffin shared insights into Trump's debate preparation habits, noting his tendency to disregard feedback.

"He doesn’t listen to feedback, he doesn’t internalize, so I’m curious how he answers the tough questions," Griffin remarked, shedding light on Trump's approach to debate prep.
