LOS ANEGELS, CALIFORNIA: Whoopi Goldberg is known for her candid criticisms of Donald Trump on 'The View', and she joined her co-hosts in slamming the former president on Tuesday as they reviewed footage from his recent town hall in Pennsylvania.

The segment featured a montage of Trump requesting songs and exhibiting a mix of awkward dancing and moments of standing still, while the audience looked on. This unusual behavior lasted nearly an hour, and to which Goldberg remarked, “really upset me.”

'The View' hosts react to Trump's bizarre town hall behavior, express concern over his mental state

“This should freak everybody out,” she stated, adding, “57 minutes of him playing music, not saying jack-doo about anything that has to do with what’s going on in the world. This freaked me out.”

The other hosts echoed her sentiments. Former Trump White House official Alyssa Farah Griffin noted that the town hall, intended for audience questions, highlighted “a real decline” in Trump’s mental faculties.

“This is not even the man I worked for that had all sorts of problems then,” she explained.

“There’s a very real decline. I worry the history books might look back on this election and say everyone was quick to call out Biden's age and the issues about another four years, but we miss that someone else is just flying under the radar clearly in decline.”

'The View' hosts raise concerns about Trump's health and interview avoidance

Co-host Sunny Hostin also expressed concern, pointing out that Trump’s limited medical records from seven years ago showed he had numerous health issues.

Sara Haines shared her alarm that “there was no one stepping in to fix it.”

Besides South Dakota Governor Kristi Noem suggesting Trump “shake some hands” instead of passively listening to music, no one else intervened, she noted. “This is what a presidency looks like with him,” Haines remarked. “There was not one grown-up in the room that said—they all egged it on. Because he said ‘jump’ and they said ‘how high.’”

Farah Griffin linked Trump’s peculiar behavior to his recent avoidance of significant interview opportunities. “He refused to do another debate, he refused the 60 Minutes sit-down, and then it was reported this morning he backed out on a Squawk Box interview on CNBC this Friday,” she commented. “I don’t know that he’s up to doing these interviews.”

In response to the rally footage, Kamala Harris shared clips on social media, tweeting, “Hope he’s okay.”
