Tom Hardy faced behavioral allegations on 'MobLand's set
Amid the reported fallout with the producers, Hardy also faced claims about his behavior during the filming of 'MobLand' Season 2. According to The Hollywood Reporter, sources alleged that Hardy was often late to set and sometimes stayed in his trailer for hours before coming out to film.
"He refused to come out of his trailer for hours at a time," one source claimed. The insider added that the delays kept the rest of the cast waiting, including Pierce Brosnan and Helen Mirren. The source described it as "a power play" and suggested it had created frustration on set.
The report also claimed Hardy was 'unhappy' with the show's creative direction. He reportedly felt the story was moving away from his character, Harry Da Souza, and becoming more focused on the cast. Hardy was also said to have shared script notes and changed some dialogue without approval.
Following the reported resolution, Season 3 was expected to center on Hardy's Harry, alongside Mirren's Maeve and Brosnan's Conrad, if the series moved forward. The ensemble cast was also expected to return.
During the reported conflict a couple of weeks ago, Mirren also shared a post saying she would be happy to work with Tom Hardy again.
