Will Robinson accuses Tom Sandoval of physically injuring him
Will took the legal step on Friday, June 26, days after the June 3 incident, involving him, her daughter, and Sandoval. In his allegations against the 42-year-old musician, Will claimed that he “overpowered” Victoria before pushing him into a “stone-lava rock” fire pit that left him with a ruptured disc, a broken thumb and elbow, along with a laceration on the right heel.
Will, in his request, has also accused Sandoval of boasting about having a g*n. He even blamed the cast member of ‘The Traitors’ for coming back to the house, “starting trouble” and “forcing me to call the police on him again.”
Will Robinson blames Tom Sandoval for repeated domestic violence
“This incident was the 5th time, to my knowledge, that he has become physical during a confrontation with my daughter. This time I was assaulted and injured by him,” he alleged, before noting that he filed for the order to “to keep him away from me and my daughter's residence.”
Will’s filing came a day after Sandoval requested a domestic violence restraining order against Victoria as well as against her father.
In his request, he shared his side of the story that happened on June 3.
Tom Sandoval accuses both Victoria and Will Robinson of physical assault
He accused Victoria of physical abuse as she allegedly punched him in the face, resulting in blurred vision and lasting pain for him. He also alleged that Will "lunged" at him "in his inebriated state" and made an “approximately 12-inch hole” in a bedroom door, where he was hiding himself, by punching it.
As per Sandoval, the incident began to unfold after he and Victoria returned from a bar at around 2:00 am to find Will “visibly intoxicated.”
Then an argument broke out between him and Victoria during which he noticed that she “appeared to be surreptitiously recording me on her phone, to which I did not consent. I asked her if she was recording me while I tried to reach for her phone to confirm my suspicion.”
Tom Sandoval claims Will Robison first attacked him
At that point, Will “lunged” at him. “Feeling trapped and violated, I pushed Mr Robinson away from me in order to protect myself and create distance, which caused him to fall. Mr Robinson was the first person to put his hands on me,” Sandoval claimed.
He also asserted that “at no point did I pursue Mr Robinson,” before adding, “My efforts to maintain the peace have been met with further hostile behavior from [Robinson]. I am gravely concerned for my safety and well-being and I need to regain access and control over my home, vehicle and belongings.”
