WASHINGTON, DC: President Donald Trump claimed that he got the "highest mark" on a cognitive test that gave him a clean bill of health during his annual physical exam.

The commander-in-chief made the remarks on Monday, April 14, as he went on to claim that his predecessor, Joe Biden, was a "very low IQ" president, according to AL.com.

Donald Trump claims 'not too many' presidents have taken a cognitive test as he boasts about his score

Donald Trump was speaking about illegal immigration during a White House visit by El Salvadoran President Nayib Bukele on Monday when he mentioned the results of his cognitive test.

He said, "We have millions of people that should not be in this country, that are dangerous ... they’ve been allowed to come into our country from other countries that were very smart."

The MAGA leader continued, "When they heard that this very low IQ president [Biden], and by the way, I took my cognitive exam as part of my physical exam, and I got the highest mark."

"And one of the doctors said, 'Sir, I’ve never seen anyone get that kind of a... that was the highest mark...," Trump said.

Trump also shared that his exam at Walter Reed National Military Medical Center in Bethesda, Maryland, went on for five to six hours, per the outlet.

The POTUS further claimed that "not too many" presidents have taken cognitive tests, naming Biden and former President Barack Obama.

He added, "I said, 'Let me be the only one to take one', but I’ve actually taken them three times already," as he earlier praised his prior performances on cognitive exams, per AL.com.

"I like taking them because they’re not too tough for me to take," the 78-year-old stated.

The White House released a memo on the medical tests from the White House physician on Sunday, April 13, who showed that Trump "remains in excellent health" and is "fully fit to execute the duties of the Commander-in-Chief and Head of State."

About the medical report, Trump quipped, "It came out perfecto, so you’ve got me for a little longer."

The White House doctors have prescribed Donald Trump a follow-up colonoscopy for 2027, and Vice President JD Vance is expected to step in briefly as the POTUS while the incumbent undergoes the procedure.

White House physician Captain Sean Barbabella, who led the physical, wrote in a three-page medical report, "President Trump remains in excellent health, exhibiting robust cardiac, pulmonary, neurological, and general physical function."

He added that Trump "exhibits excellent cognitive and physical health and is fully fit."

Barbabella’s report mentioned that Trump has "well-controlled" high cholesterol, along with a few chronic or historical issues, including rosacea, diverticulosis, pre-cancerous skin lesions, a benign colon polyp, and a past Covid-19 infection, according to NPR.

However, none of it seems to be affecting the president's performance now.

One quipped, "And then he woke up and the nurse was pushing him into the cafeteria next to Biden," and another said, "I have no doubts the person conducting the test left in tears."

A person wrote, "No shame. All of the USA except MAGA is ashamed of this sad excuse for a man," whereas someone else added, "Bring in the clowns."

"I understand that he was able to identify a picture of an elephant with only very limited prompting. Incredible," an individual joked.

"President Trump never took a test for narcissistic personality disorder. Nor a survey of his views on ethics and morality. For that matter he also never took a test on history, economics, civics, or diplomacy," another comment read.

"Lies after lies after lies. The ‘Sir’ followed by the (fabricated) praise is a real tell…," another expressed.

One questioned, "How many world leaders throughout history have felt the need to say that?"
