Trump labeled 'hypocrite' as he blames 'ineffective' Joe Biden and Harris for Hezbollah attack on Israel
ST CLOUD, MINNESOTA: Former president Donald Trump called out President Joe Biden and Vice President Kamala Harris for the Hezbollah attacks on Israel, claiming it was caused by "a weak and ineffective United States President and Vice President."
Hezbollah's multiple rocket strikes on a soccer field in Majdal Shams, a village in Israeli-controlled Golan Heights, on Saturday, July 27, killed at least 12 people, including children, and injured around 29 people.
The Republican presidential nominee condemned the strikes at the minority Druze community while addressing his supporters at a rally in St Cloud, Minnesota, pointing fingers at the Biden administration.
Trump holds Biden and Kamala Harris responsible for latest attack on Israel
"I want to condemn the evil attack on Israel that took place today, a missile launched by Hezbollah killed at least a dozen children, young children. They were playing on a soccer field in the Golan Heights," Trump told the crowd on July 27 night, as per the New York Post.
"Today's attack on Israel cannot be forgotten and will go down as another moment in history created by a weak and ineffective United States President and Vice President," he added.

The real estate mogul doubled down on the criticism through a Truth Social post stating the Hezbollah attack on the Jewish ally should "galvanize" Republicans, Democrats, Independents, Conservatives, Progressives, Libertarians, and everyone else to restore "STRENGTH, RESPECT, AND POWER" to the United States.
Trump further claimed that this latest attack, like the October 7 Hamas strike on Israel, would not have taken place if he was the president, adding that the danger was entirely the fault of the "incompetent" Biden-Harris administration.
White House National Security Council declares 'iron-clad' support for Israel
Biden and Harris, who met with Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu on July 25, have not commented on the attack yet. However, the White House National Security Council released a statement pledging continued support for Israel's efforts to end the horrific attacks along the Blue Line.
"Our support for Israel's security is iron-clad and unwavering against all Iranian-backed terrorist groups, including Lebanese Hezbollah," the council announced.
Netanyahu, who was on a US visit, immediately returned to Israel following the deadline attack since the October 7 massacre that unleashed the ongoing Gaza war. In a statement, he expressed condolences to the families of the murdered, declaring Hezbollah would "pay a heavy price" for the attack.
Israeli officials reported that about 30 rockets were launched from Lebanon into Israel on July 27.
The Jewish state's Foreign Minister Israel Katz stated that the country was not presently in a full-scale war with Hezbollah to the north but underscored that when retaliation occurs, it would have the "full backing" of the United States and Europe.
Internet slams Trump for blaming Biden and Kamala Harris for Hezbollah's attack on Israel
Outraged at Trump shifting the blame to the Biden-Harris administration over Hezbollah's deadly strikes on Israel, netizens accused him of exploiting the conflict for his campaign.
"And who is advocating for the Palestinians childrens who are being killed by the IDF airstrike everday!!! Stop the hypocrisy and stop this war once sworn in," a user said.
"Curious, how does Trump think Biden can stop Hezbollah short of destroying Iran... Trump should offer how he would have stopped this or shut up," another remarked.
"Don't exploit every situation. The loss of human life shouldn't be used for campaigning. Just stick to the cringe-worthy Vought Studios ear ad we've endured in the past weeks," added a third user.
"Trump also blames his diaper rash on Biden," read a fourth response.

"Seems to me the US isn’t at war nor did we start this war. How can you put any blame on the US or the administration. neither adversary does what we tell them to," an individual opined.
"This is the one fault in Trump. The way he panders to Netanyahu is shameful," someone else claimed.
"How about 9 months of worse attacks in Gaza???! yr hypocrisy is deafening," read one remark.
"That’s the one great thing about the unhinged pathological liar - he’s a fake ‘leader’ who’s great at blaming everyone else, but has never made a mistake in his life. He’s truly a legend in his own mind," another commented below the New York Post article.
