PALM BEACH, FLORIDA: President Donald Trump met comedian Terrence K Williams and also thanked him for being a supporter 'since the beginning' during the New Year's Eve party at Mar-a-Lago on Wednesday, December 31.

The high-profile celebration marked the beginning of 2026 and brought together political allies, family members, and senior administration figures. High profile names, such as Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu, were also present.

A viral clip shows that Trump stopped in his tracks to meet Terrence K Williams as he shook hands and thanked him for being his supporter 'since the beginning'.

The video also showed Trump talking to his people and telling them how loyal Williams has been, while telling them to make sure that if Terrence needs anything, then make it happen.

Following the New Year's Eve party, Williams took to X and shared the clip. He also talked about his meeting with the President and wrote in the caption, "JUST TALKED TO TRUMP! I’m beyond excited and incredibly grateful. President Trump stopped to talk with me after the New Year’s Party, and it was truly an honor to shake the President’s hand on New Year’s Day."



"He told everyone how loyal I’ve been, and that meant more to me than words can say. I’ve never taken my red hat off, even after the 2020 election, because it’s not just a hat to me. It’s a symbol. It’s a movement that’s bigger than any one person, and I’m thankful I get to be part of something he started," he added.

Williams also mentioned in his post, "He may not be perfect in everyone’s eyes, but to me, he’s the perfect man for the job. I’m deeply thankful, humbled, and proud to continue standing with the greatest President of our lifetime. Happy New Year."

President Trump rang in the New Year at his Mar-a-Lago resort with a live performance of Vanilla Ice’s 1990 hit 'Ice Ice Baby.' In a clip, shared by his son Donald Trump Jr, the POTUS danced as guests cheered during the New Year’s Eve celebration.

The video showed Trump enjoying the music as Vanilla Ice performed on stage. The moment quickly gained traction online, with supporters praising the festive atmosphere at the Florida resort.

The President welcomed 2026 surrounded by guests at his Palm Beach property, dancing as Vanilla Ice performed live. A Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtle character joined the stage, energizing the crowd during the countdown festivities.

The video also showed the President gently swaying to the beat while smiling and engaging with the audience. The costumed character, identified as Michelangelo, briefly took center stage alongside Vanilla Ice.
