WASHINGTON, DC: US Chief of Protocol Monica Crowley said on Monday, October 6, that the US has entered an "era of real masculinity" and it is all due to the "bold, muscular leadership” of President Donald Trump.
During his speech in front of the Navy on Sunday, October 5, Trump boasted about being the "best physical specimen" of all recent US presidents.
Monica Crowley says US is done with 'stupid era of toxic masculinity'
During an interview with Fox News' Jesse Watters on Monday, the host asked Monica Crowley while reacting to President Trump’s speech commemorating the US Navy’s 250th Anniversary.
He said, "You have Trump here talking to ten thousand Navy guys and then you have Kamala whining that she didn’t get blown out. What kind of contrast was that this weekend?"
Crowley replied, "What a difference a presidency makes, Jesse."

"I mean, we are now totally over that destructive, stupid era of toxic masculinity and now we’re in an era of real masculinity thanks to the bold, muscular leadership of President Trump and our Secretary of War Pete Hegseth," she added.

Crowley continued, "We saw that in bold relief yesterday. What an incredible day. I was there. I was so privileged to speak before the president. We had over 20,000 people there."
"Sailors, admirals, Gold Star families, veterans. We had some Marines there as well. They went wild! They love this commander-in-chief, they love the first lady, they love this administration," she further mentioned.
Trump boasts he's the ‘best physical specimen’ among recent presidents
While addressing sailors during celebrations for the US Navy’s 250th anniversary in Virginia on Sunday, Trump said that he is the "best physical specimen" of all the recent presidents.
He made the remark while thanking dignitaries who helped make the celebration possible and mentioning Rep Ronny Jackson, who served as his doctor during his first term.
"A man that everybody loves — he was my doctor in the White House and I got to know him very well. He was also the doctor for Barack Hussein Obama. Have you heard of him?" the POTUS said.

"He was a doctor for a man named [George W] Bush. And at a press conference they asked him, 'Who’s in the best shape, who’s the healthiest, who’s the strongest, who’s the best physical specimen of the three?' He said, 'That’s easy. President Donald Trump!' And I said, 'I love this guy!'," Trump added.
He paused for applause from the crowd and added, "I said, 'I love him!'"

Trump also said, "Ronny Jackson. He’s now a congressman, you know. So, he was an admiral, he was a chief doctor — he was the whole boss of doctors — and now he’s a very, very successful congressman from Texas. Thank you, Ronny, and I appreciate those words. I’ll never forget them."
Interestingly, Jackson told reporters during a White House press conference in 2018 that Trump "has incredibly good genes, and it’s just the way God made him. I told the president that if he had a healthier diet over the last 20 years, he might live to be 200 years old."
Furthermore, he said at the time, "I have absolutely no concerns about his cognitive ability," while noting the president’s score of 30 out of 30 on the Montreal Cognitive Assessment test.
