Trump showing signs of minor sun damage after ‘frequent golf wins,’ reveals White House physician

BETHESDA, MARYLAND: President Donald Trump has been declared in “excellent” cognitive and physical health, according to his latest annual medical checkup since returning to the White House.
Trump showed minor signs of sun damage to his skin, according to White House physician Navy Capt Sean Barbabella, who shared a detailed assessment of Trump’s condition.
In his report, Dr Barbabella praised the president's overall health and stamina, noting that Trump's routine remains packed with meetings, public appearances, media engagements—and, notably, “frequent victories in golf events.”

Medical examination confirms Donald Trump is in excellent health
Donald Trump has been declared fully fit to serve as Commander-in-Chief following an extensive medical examination at Walter Reed National Military Medical Center on Friday.
The nearly five-hour checkup included blood tests, cardiac evaluations, and ultrasounds, according to Dr Sean Barbabella, a US Navy emergency physician with prior service in Iraq and Afghanistan, reported BBC.
In a memo released by the White House on Sunday, Dr Barbabella wrote, “President Trump exhibits excellent cognitive and physical health and is fully fit to execute the duties of the Commander-in-Chief and Head of State.”

The report also confirmed that Trump underwent a full neurological assessment—evaluating mental status, motor and sensory functions, and reflexes—with no signs of depression or anxiety detected.
The president also completed the Montreal Cognitive Assessment (MoCA), a standard test used to screen for early signs of dementia. He achieved a perfect score of 30 out of 30. The test includes tasks such as naming animals, drawing a clock, and recalling words after a delay.
Speaking to reporters aboard Air Force One the following day, Trump proudly stated, “I got every answer right,” before adding, “Overall, I felt I was in very good shape."
Trump further said, "A good heart, a good soul, a very good soul.”
While doctors offered him “a little bit” of lifestyle advice for continued well-being, he declined to go into detail.
Donald Trump's health evaluation reveals minor health issues

Donald Trump’s recent medical evaluation also revealed minor health notes, though nothing alarming, according to White House physician Dr Sean Barbabella.
The report mentioned “minor sun damage” and a few “benign skin lesions.”
Trump is currently on a regimen that includes Rosuvastatin and Ezetimibe to manage cholesterol levels, Aspirin for cardiac prevention, and Mometasone cream for a skin condition.
Dr Barbabella confirmed that the president's cardiac examination showed “no abnormalities.” While Trump does have a history of well-controlled hypercholesterolemia, a condition that can raise the risk of heart disease, his cholesterol remains stable.

According to the latest records, Trump weighs 224 pounds (101 kg) and stands 6 feet 2.5 inches tall.
Dr Barbabella also noted that Trump maintains a full range of motion in his joints and muscles, attributing his good health in part to his active routine—including what the memo described as “frequent victories in golf events.”
This medical report marks the first official health update released to the public since an assassination attempt at a campaign rally in Butler, Pennsylvania, last July, during which Trump sustained a minor injury when a bullet grazed his ear.
