WASHINGTON, DC: After his nephew sought help with medical expenses, former President Donald Trump reportedly suggested that he "move down to Florida" and let his disabled son "just die," according to Daily Beast.

Notably, in a Time opinion piece, Fred Trump III revealed that his son was 19 years old when his uncle made those comments.

Fred Trump III wrote, "I’m usually pretty good at getting my head around things that other people say, even when I don’t agree with them. But this was a tough one. This was my son."

Trump III reportedly stated that his uncle made additional callous remarks about using funds to assist disabled individuals with their medical bills and frequently used the N-word.

He said, "N***s, I recall him saying disgustedly. ‘Look what the n***s did," recounting the incident at his grandparents’ house. 

In another instance, Trump III is said to have visited the White House with disability advocates during the COVID-19 pandemic to seek assistance for caregivers nationwide. After the meeting, his uncle reportedly pulled him aside to discuss financial matters.

Trump III claimed that the former president said, "Maybe those kinds of people should just die" because of "the shape they’re in, all the expenses."

Trump III added, "I truly did not know what to say. He was talking about expenses. We were talking about human lives."

He added, "For Donald, I think it really was about the expenses, even though we were there to talk about efficiencies, smarter investments, and human dignity."

Donald Trump slammed as nephew claims ex-president advised him to let his disabled son die

Many internet users mocked Donald Trump after his nephew revealed that the ex-president allegedly advised him to "move down to Florida" and let his disabled son "just die" while he sought help with medical expenses.

A user wrote on X, "Good old Donald…Cold to the core…," while one added, "Trump's Healthcare Plan? Good to know."
