WASHINGTON, DC: Tulsi Gabbard lit up primetime with a follow-up to her bombshell allegations that top Barack Obama-era officials “politicized intelligence” to tee up what she called a “years-long coup” against Donald Trump after his 2016 win.

On 'Jesse Watters' Primetime' Wednesday night, the former congresswoman-turned-DNI declared there were “deep state obstacles” standing in her way when she tried to release intel on the Trump-Russia saga.

“There are a lot of deep state actors still here within Washington,” she told Watters. “President Trump wants us to find the truth. I want to find that truth. The American people deserve the truth, and they deserve accountability, which is why I'm really glad to see that Attorney General Pam Bondi and the Department of Justice announced the creation of a strike force team today."

“Specifically, to get after all the intelligence and evidence that we have gathered. We have more coming, and to determine the path forward to bring about that accountability,” Gabbard added.

Obama-era intel officials 'fabricated' Trump-Russia narrative, Gabbard claims

It all started with an X post last week, where Gabbard targeted former President Barack Obama, ex-CIA boss John Brennan, and ex-DNI James Clapper — accusing them of building a fake Russian interference story from scratch.

In her words, they "fabricated a narrative about Russian meddling in the 2016 presidential election to 'subvert' Trump’s presidency."

She even dropped more than 100 declassified documents detailing what US intelligence agencies were really saying before and after the election.

“For months preceding the 2016 election, the Intelligence Community shared a consensus view: Russia lacked the intent and capability to hack U.S. elections,” she posted. “But weeks after President Trump’s historic 2016 victory defeating Hillary Clinton, everything changed.”

That “change,” according to her, came straight from the top.

Obama "directed the IC to create a new intelligence assessment that detailed Russian election meddling, even though it would contradict multiple intelligence assessments released over the previous several months,” Gabbard wrote.

The Obama camp wasn’t about to let that slide.

In a rare statement issued Tuesday, a spokesperson called Gabbard’s accusations “outrageous” and “bizarre,” and brushed them off as nothing more than a distraction.

“Nothing in the document issued last week undercuts the widely accepted conclusion that Russia worked to influence the 2016 presidential election but did not successfully manipulate any votes,” the statement read. “These findings were affirmed in a 2020 report by the bipartisan Senate Intelligence Committee, led by then-Chairman Marco Rubio.”

Ned Price, a former National Security Council official under Obama, also penned a Fox News op-ed accusing Gabbard of spinning “conspiratorial fiction.”

He argued Gabbard was deliberately blending the terms “hack” and “influence” to stir confusion.

The 2020 Senate Intelligence Committee report, backed by then-Sen Rubio, did not find evidence of tampering with voting infrastructure — but it did say Russia ran a serious interference op to shake American confidence in the whole democratic system.

Marco Rubio said there was no collusion with Trump, but Russia meddled

Rubio, now Secretary of State, had his say back then, too.

“What the Committee did find, however, is very troubling. We found irrefutable evidence of Russian meddling,” he wrote in a 2020 press release, also slamming the FBI for leaning on the now-discredited Steele dossier.

While the committee didn’t find any collusion between Trump or his campaign and Russia, it sure didn’t let Moscow off the hook.

“The Committee found that the Russian government engaged in an aggressive, multi-faceted effort to influence, or attempt to influence, the outcome of the 2016 presidential election,” Rubio wrote.

He also called out WikiLeaks, saying it played a “key role in the Russian influence campaign and very likely knew it was assisting a Russian intelligence influence effort." WikiLeaks was notably behind the infamous DNC email leaks that rocked the Clinton campaign.

Trump calls it 'treason', posts AI arrest video of Obama

Naturally, Gabbard’s crusade for “accountability” has found a fan in Donald Trump, who doesn't miss an opportunity when it comes to slamming his predecessor.

After Gabbard made her documents public and filed a criminal referral to the Department of Justice, Trump jumped on board and accused Obama of “treason.”

In fact, the president even reposted a wild AI-generated video on his Truth Social showing Obama being arrested in the Oval Office.
