WASHINGTON, DC: Former President Donald Trump's political organization funneled over $3 million this year through a Delaware LLC with undisclosed owners, according to campaign finance records, reported NBC News.

The amount was paid to Launchpad Strategies LLC, a firm incorporated in Delaware in November, with the post box address of Raleigh, North Carolina. Since its incorporation, the firm obtained $3.1 million in payment for the Trump campaign and a joint fundraising committee.

The former president's Save America Joint Fundraising Committee spent around $2.8 million with Launchpad Strategies, and it received the first payment from the Trump campaign on December 18, 2018, nearly a month after its incorporation in Delaware.

Details about Launchpad Strategies LLC remain unavailable

Launchpad Strategies' website does not include information about its services or who operates it. In addition, the contact page where people can make inquiries was inactive.

Regarding the Raleigh post office box address, North Carolina officials informed NBC News that a company under that name was not registered in the state. "We don't have a business entity by that name in our Business Registration database," North Carolina Secretary of State's spokeswoman Liz Proctor said.

The Trump campaign also refused to disclose further details about the company.

"This is a digital advertising company that is primarily focused on our fundraising," Trump campaign spokesman Brian Hughes said. "As you note, the FEC documents include their listing in compliance with our reporting obligations."

Campaign Legal Center, a nonprofit government watchdog group, raised red flags about the relationship between the firm and the Trump campaign. Saurav Ghosh, the Campaign Legal Center's director of federal campaign finance reform, noted that it was concerning to see a six-month-old company, which did not have any public information available, receive $ 3.1 million for Trump's political operatives.

"Who works there, what services they offer or have provided, and whether Trump's payments to 'Launchpad Strategies LLC' are for bona fide services or are, instead, actually payments to other vendors funneled through a mere corporate shell," Ghosh added.

Internet slams Donald Trump

Netizens accused Trump of stealing from his donors over the shady routing of millions to a mystery firm.

"Biggest crook that ever lived. Should be in jail. Trump University, tax fraud, Estate Tax Fraud on Fred's Estate, and the tax liability on Chicago Trump Tower should be coming up soon," one user wrote on Facebook.

Another commented, "Just goes to show how corrupt the MAGA republicans are. They are the first to throw any democrat under the bus for doing nothing near the fraud, grift corruption and felony this joker is and does. It’s a sad state of affairs in the USA when so many cultist believe a phony like tRump is good for this country. Ignorance is bliss I guess."

A third user added, "The elite golden snowflake is most certainly working so schemes to steal from his doners, it is just who he is. He's not the only one."

A fourth response read, "Typical crook behavior! That’s what the convicted felon does!!"

"I have zero doubt it’s for a self-enriching purpose. Trump has shown us who he is at multiple times. If you think it is otherwise, you are choosing ignorance," another claimed.

Someone else said, "More corruption by the Orange Grifter."

An individual wrote on X, "Or maybe Convicted Felon Trump is just redirecting the money into his own pockets? Wouldn't be the first time."

Another labeled Trump "Always Despicable & Diabolically Devious."
