LOS ANGELES, CALIFORNIA: In a recent appearance on 'Hannity', entrepreneur Vivek Ramaswamy drew parallels between President Joe Biden's economic policies and those of former President Jimmy Carter, cautioning that Biden's administration could face similar consequences if it continues on its current path.

Ramaswamy's warning amid Biden's claims of 'strongest economy'

Ramaswamy's remarks come at a time when concerns escalate over the state of the US economy, with Biden's recent assertion of presiding over the "strongest economy in the world" drawing skepticism in the light of economic indicators suggesting otherwise.

Ramaswamy told Sean Hannity, "I think he's wildly out of touch," highlighting discrepancies between Biden's claims and economic realities.

With GDP growth at mere 1.6 percent and significant job losses in the past five months, Ramaswamy's critique underscores a growing sentiment among some that Biden's economic stewardship is falling short of expectations.

"Under this administration, on one hand, you see inflation ticking back up. On the other hand, GDP growth has flattened. There's a word for that—it's called stagflation. That's what put Jimmy Carter out of the White House, and I think that Joe Biden is now at risk for good reason of being the Jimmy Carter of our day."

Ramaswamy's vision for America's future

The resonance of Ramaswamy's warnings extends beyond mere economic statistics. It touches upon the essence of the American dream and the aspirations of generations yet to come.

"My parents came to this country with no money 40 years ago, I’ve founded multi-billion dollar companies. And I worry that American dream won’t exist for our kids and their generation.”

He advocated for sound economic policies transcending partisan divides, offering a roadmap for sustainable growth and prosperity.

"The real concern is this: prices have gone up, mortgage rates and interest rates have gone up to supposedly combat that inflation, and yet wages have remained flat," he said.

Ramaswamy observed, "So, no matter what the Bidenomics professors say, Americans at home, especially Americans struggling to make ends meet and struggling to live the American dream, understand the impact that has had on them."

"In 2022, we grew complacent," Ramaswamy cautioned.

"Complacency is not an option this year. We have to stand for our own agenda. We can't just be criticizing Biden and looking at poll numbers and patting ourselves on the back," said Ramaswamy.
