WASHINGTON, DC: Republican Representative Byron Donalds has called out Democrats for inciting violence by using Project 2025 in their campaign agenda.

The congressman expressed his displeasure towards the rival party on Monday, September 16, during an appearance on Fox News.

“Obviously, the story today is this is the reason why you have crazies from the left who are now attempting to assassinate him,” Donalds told host Laura Ingraham amid assassination attempt on Donald Trump.

Fox News earlier played a clip of former Clinton White House aide Keith Boykin, who said that Donald Trump “projects the idea of protecting white supremacy” and emphasized that a majority of white people support him while most minorities do not over CNN.

“That rhetoric is out of control, it is dangerous, and we’re not going to be lectured to by Keith Boykin or anybody else on the Democrat side of the aisle. Clean up your own house before you come talk to us,” Donalds responded, per Daily Beast.

Donalds, later in the show, said that Democratic frontrunner Kamala Harris' statement condemning violence is not enough.

“What she should do is go through all the ad campaigns that they are running in the battleground states. Anything that references being destructive of democracy and all the other tropes and the lies, Project 2025—all that stuff, it should come down,” Donalds stressed. “Stick to the facts.”

Netizens say Byron Donalds is in 'no position' to demand removal of Democrat's anti-Project 2025 ads

The Internet reacted to Byron Donalds' demands to take down Democrats' advertisements referring to the controversial Project 2025. His statement comes over the recent assassination attempt on Donald Trump.

One person shared on X (formerly Twitter), "He doesn’t want the ads he claims to be divisive to come down in all the States, just battleground States? Do would be assassins only live in battleground States?"

"Why should she? Is there something in it that you don’t want people to see?" another user asked.

An individual speculated, "Byron Donalds demands VP Harris remove the ads showcasing the fascist manifesto his boss’ administration wrote, and that he will implement. Not happening 💙."

"Put up more ads talking about Project 2025, and the Handmaids tale world they’re trying to create," one wrote.

A netizen slammed Trump, "They know it exists. They know Trump once or twice mentioned it...so they know he is lying when he says he does not know anything about it. Lying is a pretty major part of his personality."

"He is in no position to make demands. If Project 2025 didn’t exist, there would be no conversation. After being shunned as the VP candidate he still tap dancing along. It’s a shame," one voiced.
