WASHINGTON, DC: After President Donald Trump’s inauguration in January 2025, White House press secretary Karoline Leavitt became one of the most popular members of his second administration, and often created headlines for her stunning figure and impeccable style. 

Recently, social media users got a sneak peek into the personal life of the 27-year-old press secretary when an old video of her workout resurfaced, leaving the Internet tongue-tied.

Recently, a video of the youngest White House Press Secretary went viral on the Internet, where her workout routine has been highlighted.

Karoline Leavitt stays in shape by lifting weights

The video, which has since been making the rounds on the internet, was originally posted by Karoline Leavitt back in 2023. 

The mother-of-one said that despite her workload, she managed to go to the gym “four to five days per week.”

As reported by the Irish Star, the spokesperson shared a clip where she could be seen lifting dumbbells while working out.

She wrote in the post, which has been unearthed by The US Sun, “Advocating for the conservative American values of faith, family, and freedom is my passion. It has also become my career.”

The press secretary admitted, “Another one of my passions is fitness,” before revealing, “I was an athlete growing up, played NCAA D2 college softball, and try my best to workout 4-5 days per week. I believe it is a privilege to take care of ourselves — mentally and physically.”

She further used her post to criticize the "woke" sports brands and gave a shoutout to a conservative activewear brand called Yakkem.

Leavitt, who has also found a fanbase because of her eclectic fashion choices while representing the nation on the podium, earned her bachelor's degree in communications and political science from Saint Anselm College in New Hampshire, followed by interning at Fox News. 

She also served as Trump’s press secretary during his 2024 campaign before officially becoming the White House press secretary in January 2025. 

Karoline Leavitt's 2023 workout video stuns Internet

Karoline Leavitt left social media users spellbound with her workout video, as several netizens claimed she is an "incredible role model" for young children for her dedication to fitness, along with her work.  

Sharing the video, one user wrote, "I'll be watching this on repeat. Talk to ya tomorrow."



 

Someone else pointed out, "I love that she played college softball! She's an incredible role model for young women."



 

"I hella need to get on my grind. She looks good. Go head, sis. And love her the the podium," added another user. 



 

Another enamored fan chimed in, "Man! U gotta love her for every aspect of her!"



 

Someone else added cheesily, "That's such a coincidence. One my new hobbies is admiring her fitness."



 

"Wow... beautiful, strong and intelligent. That's the total package...," noted someone else. 



 

Another user chimed in, "Beautiful and incredibly smart, and democrat woman refuse to celebrate that, as if they can even come remotely close to holding a candle to her."
