WASHINGTON, DC: Former President Donald Trump criticized Jews who voted for Joe Biden while calling out his successor's decision to withhold weapons supply to Israel, NBC News reported.

In an interview with  North Carolina's Spectrum News 1 on Thursday, May 9, the Republican presumptive nominee said he "wouldn't do what Biden did"  in light of the president's latest comment threatening to stop sending weapons to Isreal if it continued with its full-scale invasion plan on Rafah.

Trump also urged Jewish voters not to vote for his Democratic opponent in the upcoming presidential election because "you're really hurting your country. He is totally gone on the other side now. He's gone — he's dropped Israel."

"If you're Jewish, and you vote for him, I say shame on you," the White House hopeful continued.

Trump previously had made similar comments against Jewish Democrats. For instance, last month, he said Jews who voted for Biden "should be spoken to." In 2019, he made another anti-Semitic remark, accusing  Jewish Democrats of being "very disloyal to Israel."

Donald Trump says Biden 'abandoned' Israel

Last week, Biden used his executive power for the first time to influence Israel's continued bloodshed in Gaza by halting the shipment of powerful 2,000-pound bombs.

In an interview with CNN on May 8, he reiterated his threat to pause the weapons shipment further if the Middle East ally moved forward with the Rafah offensive.

Given this turn of events, Trump was questioned about whether he would tell Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu about the limits of Israel's military actions.

"Well, I wouldn't do what Biden did. He just abandoned Israel. I've never seen anything like it," the ex-president responded.

Regarding Israel's plan to attack Rafah, which shelters more than a million Palestinian refugees, Trump said, "They have to get the job done. Look, they were viciously attacked on October 7. They had scenes that nobody's ever seen."

The MAGA spearhead often claimed that his relationships with foreign leaders would have prevented the Israel-Hamas conflict if he were still in office.

Furthermore, in another recent interview with WGAL News 8 of Lancaster, Pennsylvania, he urged Israel to find a solution and end the conflict fast because the world around them was blowing up.

Biden's campaign spokesperson, Charles Lutvak, slammed Trump over his latest remarks against Jewish Democrats and Biden, saying the ex-president was "popping up every month with the same patronizing antisemitic shtick and reminding Jewish voters that he has no respect for us."

Internet slams Donald Trump

Netizens lashed out at the GOP White House hopeful's remarks against Biden and Democratic Jewish voters.

A user commented on Facebook, "What a sleazeball."

Another remarked, "Criticizing is all he knows to do. Joe is trying to end this horrible war and will catch a lot of pushback. Trump has no plan to do anything positive."

"So Trump complains when Biden isn't sending any help to Isreal and Trump complaints when Biden does send help to Isreal. Trumps base must have the attention span of a fly," added a third user.

Meanwhile, a fourth response read, "Trump does not care about protecting civilians, including children and women."

Another one wrote, "Sit down you’re not the president." While a user argued, "Considering that for years he has voiced antisemitism. Just more lies."

"He's pathetic in every way...if not sickening," someone else wrote. An individual remarked, "Anyone who voted for idiot trump should be ashamed of themselves."

Another comment read, "He has no idea of whats actually going on. Speaking from a position of ignorance is not wise."
