WASHINGTON, DC: Peter Navarro, who spent four months in federal prison for contempt of Congress, went on a tirade against an unnamed woman who reportedly asked him to "go back to prison" on a plane.

"The other thing I want to say about this is that the depths to which our society now, in the age of Trump, have fallen is unprecedented in our history," claimed the disgraced former White House trade advisor while guest hosting Steve Bannon's 'War Room' on Monday, September 16, as per Raw Story.

He was convicted and sentenced to prison after he refused to respond to subpoenas amid an investigation of the January 6 Capitol Hill riot.

Peter Navarro drags Kamala Harris into his tirade against the woman

Describing his interaction with the woman on Southwest Airlines, Peter Navarro shared, "And so, so when she thinks that there are enough people between us that she can somehow get away out the door, she screams at me, 'Go back to prison.'"

He continued, "If a middle-aged, middle-class housewife thinks that she has the right or the license to speak that way to other people in public and wants us to take my freedom away from me, anybody in this country now thinks they can say anything the hell they want to anybody anywhere."

"They hate us and that hatred translates to violence," expressed the economist.

He then attacked the Democratic presidential nominee, saying, "So Kamala Harris, do not apologize or say there's no place for any violence when you are the perpetrator, when Merrick Garland's the perpetrator, when Jack Smith's the perpetrator, when Fani Willis is the perpetrator, when Juan Merchan is the perpetrator."

"These people are scum. You are scum. You are violent scum. It's time to put that to rest," asserted Navarro.

"You don't have the right to come up to people like me in public and talk smack, particularly if you're a middle-aged chubby housewife with a smile on your face," stated the 75-year-old.

Internet ridicules Peter Navarro over his meltdown

Netizens took shots at Peter Navarro as he went on a bitter tirade against the unnamed women.

One wrote, "She speaks for most of America - you should be in prison for a good long stretch," and another said, "Funny ... it's Peter Navarro's (R) own hatred that caused him to align with Old Weird Donald (R) which ended up with Navarro serving an all-too-short prison sentence."

A person simply stated, "Shut up, convict." "Yes, makes sense. Peter Navarro, who tried to overthrow our democracy, is outraged by words of criticism from a middle-aged lady," expressed someone else.

"Navarro looks like the kind of guy that calls the cops on kids if they're playing in the street near his house," opined an individual.

One more shared, "Peter is such a delicate snowflake. I would have thought prison might have toughened him up but it seems otherwise. Poor dear."

"Alright then I'll be the thin middle-aged working wife with a scowl on my face that tells Navarro he needs to go back to prison. That woman is a great patriot," joked another person.
