WASHINGTON, DC: Alina Habba, the lawyer who garnered attention for defending Donald Trump in high-profile legal cases, is now under fire for an unconventional fundraising tactic.

After her courtroom performance in the civil suit with E Jean Carroll drew heavy criticism, Habba has shifted her focus from legal defense to supporting Trump’s presidential campaign.

However, her latest method of soliciting donations has raised eyebrows and sparked controversy online, as per The List.

Alina Habba’s professional reputation has been scrutinized since her involvement in the E Jean Carroll case, where she represented Donald Trump.

During the trial, Habba was reprimanded several times by the judge for breaking courtroom protocols. Many observers questioned her legal competence, and despite losing the case, Habba reportedly earned millions for her efforts.

Her courtroom conduct led to widespread public ridicule, with many perceiving her as an unskilled attorney, a reputation that seemed cemented after the defeat.

Now, Habba is shifting gears to assist Trump in his efforts to return to the White House. She has left the courtroom behind in favor of the campaign trail, becoming a vocal advocate for Trump’s presidential run.

In this new role, Habba appears determined to use all resources at her disposal, including her personal appeal, to raise funds for Trump’s campaign.

The post gained attention for its suggestive tone, but Habba didn’t stop there.

She recently sent an email to potential campaign donors, kicking off her request for funds with the phrase, "Pretty please with a cherry on top?"

This choice of words sparked immediate controversy, with many interpreting the use of the cherry as far from innocent.
