FULTON COUNTY, GEORGIA: Renowned civil rights attorney and political commentator Leo Terrell recently voiced his opinion on loyalty in the political realm, particularly in the context of former President Donald Trump.

In a tweet, Terrell emphasized the principle that loyalty is earned, not given, suggesting that individuals cannot claim to be loyal to Trump after allegedly betraying him.

Terrell's tweet read, "You cannot betray Trump and subsequently claim you are loyal to Trump. Loyalty is earned NOT given! #TRUMP2024ToSaveAmerica". 

This perspective comes amid speculation and debates within political circles about the future of Trump's influence in American politics and the possibility of a Trump 2024 presidential run.

Terrell's words echo a broader sentiment within certain segments of the political landscape, where the concept of loyalty is considered a reciprocal relationship based on actions and support.

In another development, Fox News contributor Leo Terrell has commented on the investigation into Fulton County District Attorney Fani Willis and special prosecutor Nathan Wade regarding allegations of an affair and misconduct.

Fani Willis, who is handling the case against former President Donald Trump for election interference charges, has responded to allegations of an "improper" relationship with special prosecutor Wade.

Trump co-defendant Michael Roman filed court documents claiming that the alleged affair should disqualify Willis from the case.

In her court filing, Willis denied the accusations, stating that while she and Wade have been professional associates and friends since 2019, there was no personal relationship at the time of Wade's appointment in November 2021.

Willis dismisses the allegations as "salacious" and lacking merit, asserting that they are an attempt to create a manufactured conflict of interest.

Netizens gave mixed reaction to Terrell's statements, with some expressing their support while others opposing.  

Some of the comments on Terrell's post read, "They got to you Leo!…Oh boy!".



 

"We have long memories too of the ones who are traitors," another said.



 

Added one, "Theyre just there to make bank off him".



 



 

"You sold out faster than a first 48 episode lol," one said.

"Pathetic", concluded one.



 

The other half of the comments where strongly in favour of Terrell, with comments noting, "Loyal since 2015 Because he’s loyal to us!".



 

"Amen to that. Anyone that ran against Trump is not for Trump," said another.
