Angela Gosser: Woman found dead after fatally shooting sister and injuring brother in 2 Kentucky counties
RUSSELL SPRINGS, KENTUCKY: The Kentucky State Police (KSP) is looking into two fatal shootings that took place in Russell County on Friday, May 3, as per an official press release.
KSP stated that troopers got a call from Pulaski County 911 around 7 pm, asking for help to locate a Ford F-150 pickup truck that was purportedly being driven by 56-year-old Russell Springs resident Angela Gosser.

While troopers were responding to that call, KSP received an additional call from Russell County 911 at 7.24 pm concerning what seemed to be a plea for help with "a deadly shooting" at a residence in the South KY 619 area of Russell County.
Upon law enforcement's arrival at the residence, it was discovered through investigation that Angela Gosser, 56, had forcibly entered the Jamestown home of her brother, Darryl Wilson, 58, while armed with a gun, according to Lex18.
Angela Gosser shot her brother Darryl Wilson. He was taken to the University of Kentucky Hospital with life-threatening injuries, as stated by the police.
Gosser sustained fatal injuries and was declared dead by the Russell County Coroner.
Investigators were at the scene of the shooting when they got a call asking for Gosser's sister, 57-year-old Jennifer Wilson, to have her welfare checked.
Jennifer's relatives expressed concern for her safety after not being able to contact her.

A Camry that was partially off the road was discovered by Russell County deputies and KSP troopers when they responded to Hammond Road in Russell County.
According to the release, when they got closer to the vehicle, they discovered Wilson in the driver's seat with what appeared to be a fatal gunshot wound to the head.
Jennifer was pronounced dead at the scene. Gosser fired multiple shots into the passenger side of the Camry after noticing Jennifer on the road, according to an investigation into the incident.
It was determined that this incident occurred before Gosser broke into her brother's house.
Police said, "These shooting investigations are preliminary, but Sheriff Jones wants everyone to know that there is no further danger to the public."
The investigation is still ongoing, and KSP received assistance from the Russell County Sheriff's Office, the Jamestown Police Department, the Russell County EMS, and the Russell County Coroner.
