Ann Coulter surprises Bill Maher and Van Jones with her 'white male' theory about Super Bowl shooting
MAHATTAN, NEW YORK CITY: On the recent episode of HBO's Real Time With Bill Maher, Ann Coulter joined commentator and pundit Van Jones as guests, engaging in a discussion about guns and gun laws, specifically addressing the shooting at the parade.
During their conversation, Coulter asserted that if the shooter or shooters was 'a white male', their identities would already be known to the public.
Controversy erupts over identity disclosure in tragic shooting incident
The Kansas City Cheifs parade shooting, which occurred earlier in the week, resulted in the tragic death of a mother of two and left 22 others, predominantly children, injured. As reported by the Associated Press, two individuals remain in critical condition, while one victim is in serious condition.
During the discussion on ways to prevent such incidents, Bill Maher pointed out that the identity of the shooter in this particular case was unknown.
Ann Coulter interrupted, asserting, "We have some idea."
Maher, taken aback, asked for clarification, to which Coulter responded, "If it were a white man shooting, we'd know," leading to a brief exchange between them.
Maher pondered, "Well we don’t know. I mean they haven’t", with Coulter countering, "That’s how we know it’s not a white man. I can tell you that much".
"You think they were repressing that reporting?", Maher inquired.
In reply, Coulter said, "They wouldn’t tell us about the, transgender woman that shot up the Christian school for, what, like a year? Oh, San Bernardino out here. Remember the crazy terrorist Muslims? That’s when I first noticed. Hm, they’re not telling us who it is. It’s not a white male".
Maher asserted, "Well for this one, for right now, as of Friday night, February 16th…", as Coulter interjected, "We know".
"We don’t officially know. Okay, you know, you have special powers", Maher added to which, Coluter simply stated, "We’ll see".
Social media supports Coulter's assertion regarding shooter's identity
One person tweeted, "And she’s right", while another exchoed a similar thought, writing, "Theory? She's right. The shooter is definitely not a white male".
