NEW YORK CITY, NEW YORK: Melania Trump recently described Barron Trump as more than just a "grown man." At 18 years old, he’s reportedly already a "ladies man."

Barron, who began his freshman year at New York University's Stern School of Business in September, is "at Stern so he's studying business in some capacity," a source told PEOPLE in an article published on Thursday, December 12.

"He's tall and handsome. A lot of people seem to think he's pretty attractive — yes, even liberal people like him."

Barron was seen at New York University's campus at the start of the semester in September, following his graduation from Florida's Oxbridge Academy in May.

At that time, three NYU security officers confirmed to PEOPLE that Barron was seen outside the library, surrounded by Secret Service agents on his first day.

Barron’s choice of NYU has been a widely discussed topic throughout the year, with the president-elect hinting to the New York Post that his youngest son had chosen a "good" school in New York.

Barron has been adapting to college life while also acknowledging that his experience at NYU will be different from other students due to his father's past and upcoming presidency.

Melania Trump says Barron’s college experience is unique

"I don't think it's possible for him to be a normal student. His experience at college — it's very different than any other kid," Melania, 54, stated to Fox and Friends earlier this month. "He's very strong and he knows that he's in a different position than other children."

The former and soon-to-be current first lady expressed pride in her son, noting that he provides political "advice" to Trump, served as President of the United States from 2016 to 2020, and will once again be sworn in as Commander-Chief next month after winning the 2024 presidential election.

"[Barron] knows nowadays the younger generation, they don't sit in front of TV anymore. They are all on the tablets, they're on the phones and all of these podcasts and streamers," Melania explained.

"He was very vocal, and he gave advice to his father. And it was incredible how he brought in success, because he knew exactly who his father needed to contact and to talk to," she concluded.
