He can be heard saying, “I mean, I’ve been hearing a lot about it. And Nilam is very excited about it and she’s great at what she does. I really mean that, and again, every time I come in, it’s very relaxing and therapeutic. Nilam looks after my skin.”
“I feel better about myself. I look better. I think it’s important to look after yourself inside and outside,” he added.

The caption of the post read, “I’ve been working with Barry for a while now, looking after his skin through different movies, campaigns and projects and the trust he places in me means a lot. His skin has really improved over the last few years and he looks great.”
The social media post also revealed that it was ‘The Killing of a Sacred Deer’ star’s “2nd @xerfuk skin-tightening treatment.”

“I was running late filming some Xerf content, so rather than make me rush what i was doing, he offered to let me film him having it!” the caption added.
Holmes’ other prominent clients include Pink, Chris Appleton, Rosie Huntington-Whiteley, Joe Alwyn and Nicole Scherzinger.
Barry Keoghan opens up about online hate over appearance
Keoghan’s treatment came six months after he opened up about receiving online hate over his appearance.
He told SiriusXM’s ‘The Morning Mash Up,’ “There’s a lot of hate online. There’s a lot of abuse of how I look, and it’s kind of past the point of — you know, everyone goes through that… but it’s made me shy away.”

“It’s made me really go inside myself, not wanting to attend places, not wanting to go outside. I say this being absolutely pure and honest to you. It’s becoming a problem,” the 34-year-old actor added.
However, the BAFTA Award winner also acknowledged at the time that he was “still a curious human being that wants to go on. If I attend an event, or if I go somewhere, [I] want to see how it was received, and it’s not nice.”
