WASHINGTON, DC: Conservative political commentator Benny Johnson stated that Israel’s prime minister, Benjamin Netanyahu, should not be allowed into the White House because of the misleading information he reportedly provided to US president Donald Trump regarding a specific operation.

The statement was made during a recent conversation, in which Johnson spoke against the notion of international political figures misrepresenting their intentions to US political leadership.

Johnson alleges foreign leaders misled US president

During the conversation, Johnson said it would be unacceptable for any foreign leader to enter the White House and provide misleading information to the US president.

“Certainly don't want some other nation to walk into our White House and to lie about an operation to our president."

He claimed that such actions could have serious consequences, including risks to American lives.

He likened it to some examples he mentioned in regard to hypothetical actions on the part of other countries like China or Russia, who were likely to be strongly condemned if they behaved in such a manner.

“And that's what happened. That's what Israel did here. It's unforgivable as far as I'm concerned. You should never want that.”

“China doing that. Russia doing that. Or if it were the UAE or Saudi Arabia walking in and lying to us. lying to our president and then getting Americans killed, I would also be rightly furious.”

Calls extend to other global leaders

Besides Netanyahu, Johnson also called for holding other world leaders accountable as well if they were behaving similarly in a deceitful manner. He specifically singled out the Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy in this regard.

“So it shouldn't happen anyway. I think that Bibi Netanyahu should be banned from the White House, as far as I'm concerned.”

“Along with any other world leader that behaves in a duplicitous fashion, and Zelensky should be on that.”

He stressed that it was vital for the United States to consider only factual information while taking decisions, especially those concerning strategic actions.

He emphasized that trust between two nations is very important for smooth collaboration.

These remarks have been made against a backdrop where many international relations of the United States are under review due to various issues, including conflicts and diplomacy. The views expressed by different individuals have added weight to the debate surrounding the issue.
