Blake Reaves: Cops find Florida woman dead at home after 911 call reports toddler wandering alone

LIVE OAK, FLORIDA: The Live Oak Police Department received a report about a wandering child alone in an apartment.
Upon responding to the scene, officers discovered the deceased woman on Saturday, March 2, 2024.
This occurred after they had gone to return the child to their respective home. It's noteworthy that the child has not been identified.
Meanwhile, the victim has been identified as Blake Reaves, a 30-year-old woman.

Live Oak Police Department found deceased woman on floor
The Live Oak Police Department received a call on 02-03-2024 at around 03.11 PM about an unattended toddler at 1809 SW 2nd Street, The Dalton Apartment Complex in Live Oak, Florida.
When the officers arrived, they found the unattended child and spoke to the person who called as per Facebook post.
They were told which apartment the child belonged to. When they got closer to the apartment, they saw the door was open.
Inside, they found 30-year-old Blake Reaves lying on the floor, badly hurt and not responding. The Suwannee County Paramedics came to help, but she was already dead.
The investigators think that something wrong happened in this incident.

The Live Oak Police Department, along with the Florida Department of Law Enforcement, the State Attorney’s Office (3rd Judicial Circuit), and the Medical Examiner’s Office, is conducting a thorough investigation into the death of Blake Reaves.

The name and details of the toddler involved are also being withheld, but there is no evidence of injury, and the child is safely with immediate family members.
