Breauna Vaughn: Oregon teen goes missing leaving essentials at home, urgent search launched

ESTACADA, OREGON: A search is currently in progress for a 17-year-old girl from Estacada, Oregon, who disappeared unexpectedly in the midst of a cold spell, without essentials such as a coat, cellphone, money, or medication.

The Clackamas County Sheriff's Office, situated near Portland, is now seeking assistance to locate the missing teenager identified as Breauna Vaughn.

Where was Vaughn last seen? 

Breauna Vaughn was last seen on Thursday, January 18, in the Estacada Eagle Creek area.

As per the X ( previously known as Twitter) post of Clackamas Sheriff, the teenager was wearing a black hat, white hooded sweatshirt, black vest, and dark jeans.

On January 22, The Clackamass Sheriff took to their official handle to cite some details about the missing teen. 

The teenager is characterized as being 5 feet 6 inches tall, and weighing approximately 115 lbs. She has brown eyes and blonde hair. It's possible that she was wearing a black hat, white hooded sweatshirt, black vest, and dark jeans.

Police launch an urgent search 

Residents residing near Elm Road and Lakeshore Drive are urged to review any home surveillance footage captured on Thursday, January 18, in the afternoon between 3:15 and 4:30 pm.

It is believed that Breauna was seen disembarking from one red 4x4 vehicle and entering another.

As per Daily Mail, a local, Josh Bass shared his concern about the missing teen, saying, "I used to go to school with her, good person. Hope she's found."

Another person, Ashley Dean said, "Someone has to know something and they need to do the right thing! This is too long for a young woman to be away from her family."
