WASHINGTON, DC: Members of Congress including Lara Trump, Vivek Ramaswamy, Eric Trump, Cory Mills, and Byron Donalds were present in court during Donald Trump's trial, where they also shot a fundraising ad.

The five congress members were seen in the 40-second clip wearing the same suit and white shirt while three of them were also wearing a red tie, similar to Donald Trump's.

In the clip, they said, "We are here in court with President Trump, standing with him. But we need you to stand with him too. Go to DonaldJTrump.com, and support President Trump in his efforts to win this election."

They added, "These Democrats are nuts and they must be defeated. Anything you can give would make a world of difference. We are here fighting the good fight. They cannot win. We need your help to make America great again."

Vivek Ramaswamy said, "This year, now or never for the country. Step up, save this country. We're counting on you." Cory Mills added, "We know the lawfare that's going on and only you can make the difference. Stand with President Trump the way we stand with him today. Look at what they're doing to him and remember his words, they're not coming after him, they're coming after you."

Eric Trump concluded while pointing at Donald Trump, "Let's make America great again and he is the man to do it."

Notably, tech adviser Jacob Helberg, who was once raising funds for Democrats, gave $1 million to Trump's campaign during a time when his campaign trails Joe Biden’s in the money chase, according to Washington Post.

Helberg gave the Trump 47 joint fundraising committee $844,600, which was the majority of his donation. By the end of March, at least 20 donors had given the Trump 47 committee the maximum amount—more than $800,000—according to the most current records available from the Federal Election Commission.

A person stated, "It’s all a show and huge grift for these people," whereas one mentioned, "Maybe if Lara got down on her knees and begged for money it would help bring in a few bucks for the boss."

A user stated, "If this seems creepy and painful to you, understand that this is exactly what works for the MAGA faithful. This cringeworthy display excites them and gets them running for their purses and wallets." Another wrote, "Too late to apologize now."
