The incident happened outside a Paris hotel after Dion's concert at the Paris La Defense Arena in nearby Nanterre, France. The short video has gone viral and is creating a lot of buzz on social media.

Dion hopped onto a parked black vehicle, removed her slippers, and sat on the hood with her legs crossed in front of a crowd. Upon hearing her 1995 track 'Pour Que Tu M'aimes Encore,' which translates to 'So That You'll Love Me Again,' she began singing along.

At one point, she could be seen lying across the hood of the car and flopping over face down before laughing and getting up. She continued to clap, dance, and sing along with her fans before bidding adieu with a hand-heart gesture.

The 'My Heart Will Go On' singer was dressed casually. She opted for a loose-fitting top and a lightweight jacket, with her hair pulled back into a low bun.

Celine Dion returns to stage after stiff person syndrome diagnosis

Dion returned to the stage for her first full concert in six years following her stiff person syndrome diagnosis (SPS). During the first performance, Dion broke down in tears after taking the stage. She said, “There are many of you here tonight from all over the world.”

“Thank you so very much for coming. If it’s your first time in Paris, I hope you fall in love with it, just like I did. Finally, it’s amazing we are all together,” she added.

She continued, “I made a promise. I made a promise to come back, to be back on stage. So here I am, singing for you and singing for me, singing life! Thank you so very much for your support, your patience, and if I may say so: I am everything I am because you loved me.”
