MANHATTAN, NEW YORK: Charlie Kirk's co-host Jack Posobiec stirred controversy after he urged MAGA supporters to get on Donald Trump's hush money trial jury to "sabotage" proceedings and achieve jury nullification.

Jury nullification happens when jurors believe the defendant is guilty beyond a reasonable doubt but exercise their power to acquit, according to FindLaw

Jack Posobiec calls Donald Trump's hush money trial a 'communist show trial'

On the ThoughtCrime segment of Kirk's podcast, Posobiec said, "We need jury nullification in this case. You need jury nullification, and if you have the ability to serve on Trump's jury and you're a conservative and, you know, one of the next juries comes up, get on there, and I'm going to say this right now as loud as possible," as per MediasTouch.

He stressed, "Get on there and sabotage the trial. Get on there. Derail the trial completely... There is nothing immoral about sabotaging a communist show trial. It is the most moral thing you can do. Jury nullification."

Jack Posobiec says Donald Trump should do whatever it takes to disrupt the trial

Posobiec previously shared similar sentiments while interviewing Gavin Wax, president of the New York Young Republican Club, on his own podcast.

"This is a show trial. This isn't a real trial. This isn't an actual legal test. There's no immoral act here. Here's what you do, folks. You get on the jury. You do whatever it takes, and then you do whatever it takes. I'm just going to say it ... Sabotage the trial. Get on the jury and sabotage the trial," noted the former Navy intelligence officer.

Wax was apparently the one who set up Trump's highly publicized visit to the Harlem bodega during his break from the hush money trial. His pro-Trump Republican club led chants and cheers in front of the store.

It is particularly concerning that individuals associated with Wax's organization could potentially heed Posobiec's call to undermine the legal process.

Interfering with the administration of justice is considered a criminal offense.

Netizens react to Jack Posobiec's call to sabotage Donald Trump's hush money trial

Following Jack Posobiec's controversial call for MAGA Republicans to disrupt Trump's trial, social media erupted with skepticism.

One asked, "If Trump is so innocent why does he need all that?" and another said, "Seems that they are committing a felony here. Sure looks like obstruction of justice. Manhattan DA should charge them."

A person inquired, "Why would they need to do this if he was innocent?" "That would be a felony. 🤦‍♀️," remarked someone else.

An individual commented, "Nothing to see here. Just the casual suggestion that someone commit a felony," and another person shared, "And yet they whine about the other side."
