Charlie Sheen's daughter Sami reveals she was bullied for looking like her dad before getting nose job

NEW YORK CITY, NEW YORK: In a candid moment on the latest episode of 'Denise Richards and Her Wild Things', Sami Sheen opened up about the personal struggles she’s faced growing up in the public eye, particularly dealing with bullying over her appearance.
As the daughter of Charlie Sheen and Denise Richards, Sami has often been under the microscope, and it’s taken a toll on her self-esteem.
Sami Sheen opens up about 'kids bullying' her for her nose
Sami Sheen, now 20, shared her experience of being bullied for looking like her father, which led her to feel insecure about certain features of her face.
She revealed the emotional impact it had on her, saying, “I had to deal with kids bullying me. People would say I looked like my dad. I actually got a comment the other day of someone saying, ‘You’ll never be as pretty as your mom.’”
These comments have stuck with her over the years, fueling her desire to make a physical change.

In a conversation with her mother, Denise Richards, who accompanied her to a rhinoplasty consultation, Sami expressed her long-standing wish for a nose job.
"I’ve wanted a nose job for as long as I can remember,” she confessed, adding, “I’m just so excited to finally be done. I have this freaking honker stuck to my face.”
She didn’t hold back in describing her feelings about her nose, calling it a “very hard feature on my face.”
Sami even reflected on how, in a different setting, she may not have felt the same pressure to change her appearance.
“I’m really trying to think if we lived in, like, Alabama and they worked a normal job, and I wasn’t on social media, I probably would still want a nose job,” she mused.

The reality star also pointed out the influence of her mother’s image, who has long been admired for her features.
“I’m literally paying for [Denise’s] nose,” Sami said, admiring the way her mother’s appearance has been perceived.
She continued, “Imagine how much prettier I’ll be. [I’ll be] able to contour without there being lumps on the side of it.”
While Sami was eager about her potential transformation, Richards' response was more emotional. In a confessional of her own, Richards expressed sadness over her daughter’s desire to change something about herself.
"For my daughter to want to get her nose done, it made me so sad. I feel bad that she has to live up to my nose, or whatever, because I don’t want [my daughters] to feel they have to look a certain way," she admitted, her voice filled with emotion.
Denise also shared how her career in Hollywood and the pressures of living in Los Angeles contributed to the difficulties her daughters faced with body image and self-esteem.
“There were times I wanted to move the kids out of LA, and I couldn’t because of where I worked. And they had two parents in this business. I feel bad,” she reflected, highlighting the challenges of raising children in the public eye.
