LAS VEGAS, NEVADA: The city of Las Vegas is left in an absolute state of trepidation as authorities continue to probe a bone-chilling murder where a 29-year-old man is accused of attacking another person along city streets and, according to court documents, and even eating a part of the victim's face.

On Sunday, April 28, Colin Ichiro Czech was booked into the Clark County Detention Center in connection to the slaying that morning along Las Vegas Boulevard, as per the information from the Las Vegas Metropolitan Police Department. Now, a 911 call has been released which details the anguish of two store employees asking for police to intervene in two separate attacks involving Czech.

Colin Czech pushed the victim to the ground

The face-eating criminal is slapped with murder charges for allegedly pushing Kenneth Brown to the ground on Sunday, April 28, leading to his death, documents said. Czech then allegedly consumed a part of Brown’s face which included an eye and ear.

Colin Czech was outside the store 'all night' on the day of attack

A frantic employee dialed the police just before 5 am on Sunday, April 28, about a man who reportedly tackled another man to the ground near Charleston Boulevard, 8newsnow reports. In a 911 call, the employee said the man, later identified as Czech, was standing outside the store “all night” and had jumped on a customer.

“I guess he just rushed him,” the caller said, adding “He’s been outside all night.” The customer, however, refused to accept medical assistance while the dispatcher warned the employee not to have anyone interact with Czech.

“I tried to have a conversation with him and he won’t talk,” the employee told the dispatcher, alleging he was on an illegal substance. “Right now, he’s on all fours like he’s a dog about to rush the store,” the employee said as Czech remained outside the business. “I need somebody to come get him now,” the employee said as customers came into the store to avoid Czech.

An employee from a second convenience store called authorities after 45 minutes

An employee from a second convenience store called police about 45 minutes later, saying a man was on top of another man at a bus stop “eating” the other man’s face, police said in the report. It was unclear in the call audio if the caller used the word “beating” or “eating” and it seemed the dispatcher believed she heard the word “beating.”

“It’s bad, ma’am,” the caller told the dispatcher, saying Brown was injured. “Oh my God — I don’t what the [expletive] he’s doing to this man, that’s some weird [expletive],” the caller added.

Colin Czech was found next to the victim with 'biological remains' all over his body

The officers, after they arrived at the crime scene, found Czech kneeling next to the victim with “biological matter in his hair, mouth, and on his clothing,” documents said. Czech reportedly told officers the victim had attacked him.

Paramedics transported Brown to the hospital where a doctor pronounced him deceased. Brown had a large cut to part of his head and he was missing an eye and ear, according to documents.

Colin Czech claims he was possessed

The criminal, while in police captivity, “was going in and out of consciousness,” documents said. He later told officers he was unhoused and was awake for “five days straight” because something was “possessing him,” according to the documents.

Czech also told detectives he used his teeth to hurt the victim, adding “he used his teeth to eat [the man’s] eyeballs and ears,” documents said. After Czech’s initial court appearance on Wednesday, May 1, his public defender said he believed his client was incompetent to stand trial. A competency hearing was scheduled for May 24.

Internet distressed as the Las Vegas crime shook the nation

Internet users also gave their opinions after the violent crime came to light. One user criticized the present US government, saying, "We have a serious mental health crisis in this country and rather than treating the underlying issues and getting people help— Briben and democrats would rather pander, make money and not care about people."

One opined, "The more you decriminalize hard drugs the more things like this will happen. It's very simple." Another added, "They allow drug use in public places with no penalty then they seem shocked when some dude is up for days on Meth and does something like this? Their insane policies are causing this insanity!!"

"The evil sick f*** should never see the light of day again" tweeted one, with another saying, "WTAF?!?! Vegas too? I feel sick." "Hopefully what happens in Vegas, stays in Vegas," said one user.
