In the video, Jones and Mitchell are seen enjoying an evening on a yacht as Jones sings to her husband. The song is unreleased or a preview and features the lyrics, “We can't lose / This ain't no fairytale love / With no cameras on... good, bad, and ugly.”
Jones captioned the Instagram post, “I still get nervous playing new songs for him.”
The duo, who first met in 2023 and got engaged in July 2025, officially married on August 1, 2026, in front of their closest family and friends, including NBA stars Jaylen Brown, Jalen Brunson, and Bam Adebayo, as well as Ciara and Russell Wilson.
In videos shared on Brown’s Instagram Stories, Jones and Mitchell were seen dancing to Musiq Soulchild’s 'Love' during the ceremony before she wrapped her arms around Mitchell and gave him a sweet kiss.
In a separate video, wedding guests appeared to make their way to the dance floor as the DJ yelled, “Make some noise for Mr and Mrs Mitchell one time!”
While the couple have largely kept their romance out of the spotlight, they announced their engagement on Instagram in July 2025 by sharing a photo of themselves sharing a kiss, with a large engagement ring on Jones’ left hand.
“After an amazing season and a sold-out tour, Donovan Mitchell and Coco Jones took a moment to recharge on vacation, which turned it into a beautiful engagement,” representatives for the couple told PEOPLE in a joint statement.

Jones also told PEOPLE that the romantic moment was “indescribable.”
She continued, “I think about my life so much like business, and I’m like, ‘Girl, you got to stop. This is the biggest contract I’ve ever signed.’ You know what I’m saying? This is a real-life, forever commitment,” she said in January.
She further added, “I talk about forever, I sing about forever, and then I’m like, ‘Oh, this really forever. Okay, word up, word up.’”
Although she admitted to feeling “a mix of emotions” about the major milestone, Jones emphasized that “it’s exciting, it’s intimidating and it’s just powerful.”
She also described Mitchell as someone who supports her career. “I feel like we speak a different language that makes me really feel seen,” she stated.
She continued, “And he’s my biggest cheerleader, so I feel like I’m never able to doubt myself in his presence. It’s just not going down like that.”
The Cleveland Cavaliers star also gave fans a glimpse inside their honeymoon by sharing a video to his Instagram Stories of himself and Jones working out aboard a yacht.
In the clip, shared on Sunday, August 9, Mitchell rode a Peloton while Jones spent time on the treadmill beside him.
Filmed from behind the couple, the newlyweds enjoyed a scenic view while working out barefoot, which became one of the topics of discussion among fans.
