MOUNT POCONO, PENNSYLVANIA: Supporters bundled up as they waited for hours in freezing temperatures ahead of President Donald Trump’s rally on Tuesday, December 9, at Mount Airy Casino Resort.

Some said they had been in line since the night before. Others came armed with signs, hats, and praise for the commander-in-chief.

One supporter remarked, “He took a bullet for us!”

Right Side Broadcasting Network sent host Matthew Alvarez to the scene, where he spoke with attendees inside the venue and along the winding outdoor line.

Alvarez stopped to talk with a fan wearing a hat that read “Make America Godly Again.”

“Your hat says Make America Godly Again,” Alvarez noted. “Let’s talk about September 21, 2025, Glendale, Arizona, Charlie Kirk, the great late Charlie Kirk, the memorial there. Did you get a chance to watch that?”

“It was dumbfounding, actually,” the supporter replied. “You know, it was so great to see such patriotism and such godism. We need godism. God is the only one who can really save America, and I think believe Trump is working with, you know, being guided by God. I mean, that’s my point of view. And we need more of that. We need people to wake up and take a strong Christian stance to keep America safe again. And Amen is right.”

The exchange takes place at the 7:30 minute mark.

Alvarez moved on down the line. “No, no, I agree with ya. I agree with you. What’s up, man? How are you?” he asked another fan.

“Nice and cold,” the supporter quipped.

Alvarez pointed out the cold weather and the fan’s light clothing. “First of all, tell us what it’s like, man. You I mean you only have this on. You don’t have a big jacket, so–but it’s worth it to see the president,” Alvarez said. “Yep, it is,” the supporter answered.

Alvarez asked him, “What are your thoughts about Make America Great Again? America first, America only. There’s just a lot of sayings at this point, but you know what? It’s all about God, family, country, freedom, and moving forward, isn’t it?”

“We gotta move forward,” the supporter replied. “I mean, this man does everything for this country. He took a bullet for us; he does everything! I mean, I guess it’s– nothing else I can say about him.”

Alvarez wrapped up by pointing to the fan’s sign. “Can I see your sign there? It says, ‘Trump gives us hope.’ That’s the sign that we see that’s being handed out here. Guys, thank you,” he said.

Trump touts economy; slams Biden, Ilhan Omar

Once on stage, Trump delivered a rally packed with familiar themes, economic boasts, and sharp attacks on the Biden administration.

“Under Biden, real wages plummeted by $3,000 a year. Under Trump, the typical factory worker has already seen their wages increase by more than $1,300, and that’s in just a few months,” Trump told the cheering crowd. “Since my inauguration, we’ve created nearly 60,000 new Pennsylvania jobs — including 4,000 Pennsylvania manufacturing jobs… We’ve secured commitments for nearly $100 billion of investments in Pennsylvania.”

Trump credited tariffs for the turnaround. “My favorite word is tariff... You know, tariffs are bringing us hundreds of billions of dollars,” he declared.

Trump also revisited his hardline immigration rhetoric and took aim at Rep Ilhan Omar.

“We had a meeting and I said, ‘Why is it we only take people from sh**hole countries,’ right? ‘Why can’t we have some people from Norway, Sweden?’... I objected to taking immigrants from hellholes like Afghanistan, Haiti, Somalia, and many other countries,” Trump said.

He followed up with a jab at the Minnesota Democrat. “I love this Ilhan Omar, whatever the hell her name is, with the little turban... She does nothing but bitch, and my administration ought to get her the hell out of the United States.”

Trump closed on a familiar note. “Now after just ten months in office, America is winning again, Pennsylvania is winning again," he said, "from the shipyards of Philadelphia to the steel mills of Pittsburgh... we're bringing prosperity and pride, surging back to this magnificent commonwealth.”
