TRENTON, NEW JERSEY: Sean “Diddy” Combs has reportedly faced multiple disciplinary violations while serving his 50-month prison sentence at New Jersey’s FCI Fort Dix, including alleged fights and cellphone violations.

The incidents have reportedly cost the rapper 41 days of good-time credit and 400 days of commissary privileges, potentially affecting his chances of early release. The latest report comes as his scheduled release date was pushed back to March 2, 2028, following separate reports about alleged contraband and privileges during his incarceration.

The Bad Boy Records founder’s disciplinary history revealed that he was written up on July 31 and September 30 for alleged fights. Jose Rojas, a union secretary representing Bureau of Prisons employees, confirmed the same to TMZ on Tuesday.

According to Rojas, prison officials also documented another major violation stemming from an altercation on October 1. Additionally, Combs allegedly received two cellphone violations on July 7 and September 19, 2025.

The violations reportedly reduced the ‘I’ll Be Missing You’ crooner’s chances of early release, as he lost 41 days of good-time credit. He also lost 400 days of commissary privileges, which allow inmates to purchase snacks.

Rojas explained that Combs’ disciplinary issues could lead to him being classified as a “disruptive” inmate, making him eligible for a transfer to another facility.

A representative for Combs told Page Six, “We are not going to comment on allegations attributed to a third party without reviewing the underlying records. Sean remains focused on serving his sentence, his appeal and returning home to his family.”

PEOPLE previously reported that he had been placed in solitary confinement following an NBC News report alleging that he had been seen with contraband items while incarcerated. The report raised questions about his conditions behind bars, including allegations that he had access to privileges not ordinarily permitted in prison.

Sean “Diddy” Combs’ prison release date pushed back again

Combs scheduled release date was reportedly pushed back once again following reports alleging that he had spent thousands of dollars to secure a more comfortable lifestyle behind bars. According to Bureau of Prisons records, his current release date is March 2, 2028, replacing the previously listed date of January 21, 2028.

A source previously confirmed to PEOPLE that Combs had been moved to solitary confinement following an NBC News report alleging that he had been seen with contraband items, including a cellphone, while in prison.

According to NBC News, Combs had access to a “jailbroken” tablet, which he allegedly used to watch movies and documentaries, including Netflix’s ‘Sean Combs: The Reckoning.’ A source also confirmed to PEOPLE that he had been seen using a cellphone to browse Instagram and view photos sent by a former girlfriend.

The NBC report further alleged that Combs received specially prepared meals and massages while incarcerated. It also claimed that he had been seen drinking liquor behind bars.
