WASHINGTON, DC: Melania Trump concealed her genuine emotions from the public and was upset at Donald Trump for his s*x scandal with Stormy Daniels. She also wanted him to be humiliated, according to a new book.

For her book 'American Woman: The Transformation of the Modern First Lady, from Hillary Clinton to Jill Biden,' former White House press secretary Stephanie Grisham revealed to Katie Rogers that the former first lady purposefully canceled an international trip amid the controversy to humiliate her husband.

Grisham, who was at the time traveling with Melania, asserted, "I think she was pissed at Trump and wanted him to be a little humiliated that she took off."

Rogers said, "The First Lady had wanted to communicate her anger to the president," according to what the communications director supposedly informed her. In an earlier accusation, Daniels said that Donald had paid her $130,000 in hush money before the 2016 US presidential election to keep her quiet about their purported extramarital affair.

A year after he married the Slovenian model, the actress claimed that Donald Trump had an affair with her when Melania was pregnant with their first child, Barron.

The payment was reportedly arranged between Daniels and Michael Cohen, an attorney for the Trump Organization. Although Cohen pled guilty in 2018 to breaking federal campaign regulations and was given a three-year term in federal prison, Donald Trump has subsequently rejected the accusations as an 'extortion plot.'

Melania's longtime close friend and counselor Stephanie Winston Wolkoff released recordings of the single mother criticizing Daniels in 2020. She said in the recording, "[Photographer] Annie Leibovitz shot the porn hooker, and she [Daniels] will be [in] one of the issues, September or October."

Melania and Donald Trump were most recently observed putting up a unified face during her mother's funeral.
