Don Lemon goes on expletive-laden rant against Megyn Kelly after she celebrates Joy Reid's ouster

NEW YORK CITY, NEW YORK: Two of network TV's most controversial former heavyweights are going off on each other—with no censors in sight. Former CNN anchor Don Lemon and former Fox News and NBC host Megyn Kelly have taken full advantage of their independent platforms.

Lemon had a complete meltdown on his latest YouTube show, delivering a 20-minute rant against Kelly with a very explicit message, “Go f**k yourself!”

It all started when Kelly decided to take a victory lap over the cancellation of Joy Reid’s MSNBC show 'The ReidOut'. The network pulled the plug on the show after five years, Page Six reported.

“Remember when Joy Reid laughingly mocked ‘White women tears’ as pathetic and offensive to her? Who’s crying now, Joy?” Kelly posted on X. “Good riddance to the absolute worst person on television, and shame on NBC for letting it go on this long,” she added.

That little dig didn’t sit well with Lemon, who wore a smirk and took a sip from a 'Megyn Kelly Today' mug before going off on her.

“Let’s talk about the haters,” he began. He admitted he usually avoids talking about Kelly because “she’s one of those people, she thrives on it,” but this time, he wasn’t holding back.

According to Lemon, Kelly has built the second half of her career by being nothing more than “a troll.”

“Megyn Kelly is allegedly, right, although I do hear, the streets are talking, that allegedly, she’s not ... as supportive of women as she makes out to be," he continued. "Especially that whole thing that went on at Fox News with Roger Ailes and all of that there. They’re like, ‘Really, Megyn is saying that? Huh. Y’all don’t know her.’ Oh, I’m going there."

He said of Kelly's take on Reid's ouster, “The worst person? No, Megyn Kelly! The worst person on television was fired from NBC and The Today Show a few years ago, and that’s Megyn Kelly. That’s the worst person who’s not on television anymore—it’s you. That’s the worst person who’s not on television. So hurrah for that, NBC did something good with that.”

At one point, Don Lemon hopped onto Google and rattled off a list of headlines about Megyn Kelly allegedly slamming various women, including Selena Gomez, Tiffany Cross, and Caitlin Clark. “And then she is supposed to be a big supporter of women, remember that right?” he asked, all but rolling his eyes.

He then played a clip of Kelly going after his former CNN colleague Kaitlan Collins.

“CNN is trying to make [Kaitlan Collins] into a star," she said. "I will submit for the record that her biggest sin is not that she is biased, though she is, it’s that she is boring. She’s extremely boring with no personality. I have a pro tip for her: Try smiling every once in a while. Try not to be like, in your delivery, such a cold-hearted b***h all the time because it gives people nothing to bond to.”

“Was that really necessary?" Lemon responded. "And how is that supportive of women? Now, she could’ve given some advice and said, ‘Hey, you need to somehow establish a bond or connection with your audience.’ She doesn’t have to call the woman a B.’”

Lemon made sure to play old clips of her Santa Claus is White comments and blackface remarks, before concluding that Kelly is a “racist” and a “troll.”

“I was actually friendly with Megyn Kelly, and then, when people show you who they are, you better f–king believe it because we should’ve known," Don Lemon continued.

And then he threw her own words back in her face, quoting something she allegedly once said to Joe Scarborough and Mika Brzezinski, “Go f**k yourself!”

Meanwhile, it seems Kelly has also had it out for Lemon for a long time.

A year ago when Lemon was trying to make a comeback after getting axed from CNN, Kelly took to YouTube to rip him apart.

“I think he’s disgusting, I think he hates America, he hates Republicans, and I’m not looking forward to his voice reemerging, other than to mock it, which I 100% plan to do," she vowed.

Well, Lemon clearly got the memo and he’s firing back with everything he’s got.
