The sheriff said his bond was set at $425,000. The fatal shooting occurred on Friday, January 5, 2024, at approximately 9.50 pm inside the house on Kirby Road in Robinsonville, Mississippi.

According to the sheriff's office, when the officers arrived on the scene, they heard additional gunfire inside the house and found two children outside. They also discovered that Patrick, Bell, and her infant were the only occupants of the house.
