WASHINGTON, DC: Lip-reading expert Nicola Hickling has revealed what was Donald Trump's two-word defense in the viral "losers and suckers" fight with Joe Biden during the first presidential debate on June 27.

Notably, during the debate, one of the most heated confrontations between Joe Biden and Donald Trump was over who showed the most respect for the armed forces.

During the debate both candidates' microphones were switched off when it was not their turn to speak. But Trump's mouth was still moving when Joe accused him of failing to show the appropriate respect for fallen soldiers. With only two words, Trump made it apparent that he disagreed with what his opponent was saying.

Trump said something that truly made Joe's skin crawl, "He doesn't care about our veterans," as per CNN. Joe took this very personally since his late son Beau Biden served in the Army.

Joe Biden replied to the verbal attack by criticizing Trump's military support record and charging him with not going to the World War I veterans' resting place in France, the Aisne-Marne American Cemetery.

As per Nicki Swift, at that moment, Trump's lips twitched momentarily, and lip-reading specialist Nicola Hickling disclosed that he said, "Did I?"

That seemed like a disdainful reaction to Biden's accusation because Trump knows that he never went to the cemetery. While he was still speaking, Biden reminded Trump of the purported reason he had missed that stop while in France.

Biden said, "He said, 'I don't want to go in there because they're a bunch of suckers and losers'."

While blasting Trump for making the purported remark, the president mentioned his late son Beau Biden's military service before he succumbed to brain cancer.

“My son was not a loser, was not a sucker. You’re the sucker, you’re the loser,” an outraged Biden told Trump.
