WASHINGTON, DC: Comedian Jon Stewart didn't hold back as he launched a no-holds-barred diatribe against President Donald Trump on Monday, November 17.

The liberal 'Daily Show' host suggested that Trump might finally be feeling the burn as the Jeffrey Epstein files finally inch toward daylight.

Jon Stewarts goes all in against Trump

Trump bragged during his 2024 campaign that he’d release those Epstein files, but he has allegedly spent months doing the exact opposite.

Now, with the House expected to breeze through a discharge petition that would force those files out in public, Stewart says Trump has suddenly “pivoted" and is calling on the very Republicans he previously pressured to block the petition to support it instead, because "we have nothing to hide."

“If he had nothing to hide, he could have declassified and released these files himself at any time,” Stewart remarked. “How do I know this?”

The comedian subsequently played 2022 footage of Trump insisting a president can declassify absolutely anything at any moment “just by saying so or ‘even by thinking about it.’”

“Is it possible that Trump’s whole bulls**t facade is crumbling?” Stewart asked. “I mean, right now, all he can do is distract from one lie with what is clearly another lie.”

Stewart noted that Trump’s previous claim that the Epstein files aren’t a big deal is nonsense. “The little taste of that — no pun intended — did arouse — again, no pun intended — some curiosity about the rest of, if I may, the load (that one I meant). But pressure is building—is there any way to talk about this story that doesn’t sound ejaculate-adjacent? ‘People are begging on their knees?’ No, this is not … ‘demanding release?’ No…” the comedian quipped.

He then rolled tape showing Trump patting himself on the back over affordability. “All I want is I want for people to recognize a great job that I’ve done on pricing, on affordability,” Trump said.

“What planet do you live on?” Stewart remarked. “Great job on affordability? My Taco Bell order is now $72!”

The comedian also poked fun at Trump's new nickname for his former buddy, Rep. Marjorie Taylor Greene (R-Ga), “Marjorie Taylor Brown.” Trump explained that green grass turns brown when it rots.

Stewart wasn't impressed. “You know, I’ve always said that the best nicknames are the ones you have to explain in parentheses,” he snarked.

“This dude is flailing,” Stewart declared. “The normally reliable Trump is even struggling to deliver on his greatest gift: the cutting nickname.”

Jimmy Kimmel joins in on the Trump roast

Fellow left-wing comedian Jimmy Kimmel seemed to have been thinking along the same lines.

Kimmel also told his Sunday audience that Trump had spent months pressing Republicans to block the very discharge petition that’s now expected to bring those Epstein files to the fore.

“Which is exactly what someone who’s totally innocent and has nothing to hide would do,” Kimmel said.

Similarly, Kimmel also took a swing at Trump’s nickname for Greene. “He’s so upset he couldn’t even come up with a decent nickname for her,” he said.
