Driver of the semi-truck Gregory Jackson charged with criminal negligent homicide

The driver of the semi-truck that hit Eduardo in his driveway when he was exiting the school bus was identified as 41-year-old Gregory Jackson, KPRC reported.

ABC13 reported that bus was northbound when it stopped in the outside lane with its flashing red lights and stop sign extended to drop off a student.
