Epstein survivor Marina Lacerda insists Mountbatten‑Windsor must be 'brought to justice' in US
NEW YORK CITY, NEW YORK: Several survivors of Jeffrey Epstein have spoken up since the Department of Justice began releasing documents related to the disgraced financier, starting Friday, December 19. This included Marina Lacerda, who, on December 25, called for ex-prince Andrew to be tried for his alleged actions.
While in a conversation with The Guardian, Lacerda said that Andrew Mountbatten-Windsor should be “brought to justice.”
Marina Lacerda presses the UK and US to hold Andrew accountable
While speaking to the publication, Marina Lacerda, a survivor of Jeffrey Epstein and his associates, stated that Andrew Mountbatten-Windsor needed to “come to America” to be questioned.
However, she didn’t think that was a possibility, even though it was the “right thing to do” in her opinion. She added that the United Kingdom should bring him to “justice,” as she criticized the US government for not investigating the matter thoroughly.
Lacerda added that the DOJ should have been thorough about Virginia Giuffre’s claims regarding Andrew.
Speaking of Giuffre, she added that not a lot of people believed her and that everyone “ignored it.” She added that “he was quiet,” and it took Virginia Giuffre’s death and her memoir for people to pay attention to what she had to say.
“It’s not Ok. It’s disgusting,” she added.
Lacerda added that many “prominent” people were not being brought to justice and that their actions were “getting swept under the carpet.”
Epstein files reveal Ghislaine Maxwell’s emails with 'A'
The latest batch of files released by the Department of Justice included emails from and to “A.”
In one email dated August 2001, “A” wrote that he was at the Balmoral Summer Camp for the Royal Family and said that the “girls” needed to rest as they were worn out.
As the email progressed, he asked Ghislaine Maxwell whether she had found him any new “inappropriate friends yet.” At the time, Maxwell replied, saying that she had only been able to find him “appropriate” friends.
The name “A” resurfaced in another thread of emails, in which Ghislaine Maxwell acted as a middleman between “A” and a handler in Peru as she helped organize a trip for him.
