WASHINGTON, DC: Following‍‌‍‍‌‍‌‍‍‌ a public feud over conspiracies related to the death of Charlie Kirk, podcaster Candace Owens met with Erika Kirk, the late conservative influencer Charlie Kirk's widow, on Monday, December 15.

Both, on separate social media posts, called the meeting "extremely productive." Candace mentioned their talk was 4.5 hours long, and she will reveal more details of it on Tuesday's episode of her ‍‌‍‍‌‍‌‍‍‌show.

Candace Owen says she and Erika Kirk 'agreed much more' than she had anticipated

The‍‌‍‍‌‍‌‍‍‌ meeting served as the first face-to-face dialogue between Erika and Candace following the tragic event where a gunman fatally shot Charlie during his visit to a Utah college campus in September.

After the meeting, Candace wrote on X, “We agreed much more than I had anticipated. Of course, we also disagreed on various points and people as well. Most importantly, we were able to share intel and clarify intent.”

In her social media announcement, Erika wrote, “Candace Owens and I are meeting for a private, in-person discussion on Monday, December 15.”

Candace responded publicly, posting that she was “very much looking forward to this discussion.”

Candace’s speculation and theories regarding Charlie’s murder have caused problems for Erika and her team, who had been planning the continuation of her husband's work after his death.

Candace Owens and her theories regarding Charlie Kirk’s death

Candace has alleged that Charlie was betrayed by close friends, suggested a multinational conspiracy involving Israel and France was responsible for his killing, and accused the Egyptian military of tracking Erika for years.

She‍‌‍‍‌‍‌‍‍‌ mentioned on her podcast that just a simple call from Erika asking her to stop her "investigation" of Charlie's death would make her stop.

Giving his view on the matter, Tucker Carlson, a friend of Charlie, said that he is now on board with Candace's idea of Egyptian jets following Erika when he was interviewed by comedian Theo Von on his ‍‌‍‍‌‍‌‍‍‌podcast.

Asked about Candace during a CBS town hall that aired Saturday, Erika responded, “Stop. That’s it. That’s all I have to say. Stop.”

In an X post on Monday night, Erika signaled she was ready to move past the controversy. “Looking forward to AmFest this week. Time to get back to work,” she wrote.

On meeting Candace, Erika said, “Had a very productive conversation with @RealCandaceO. More to come from both of us.”
