NEW YORK CITY, NEW YORK: Turning Point USA’s current CEO, Erika Kirk, has announced that she will hold a private, "in-person" meeting with Candace Owens on Monday, December 15.

Erika shared a post stating, "Candace Owens and I are meeting for a private, in-person discussion." Owens responded to the post and said that she is looking forward to the discussion.

The announcement quickly drew widespread attention on social media. This is because of the ongoing controversy surrounding Owens' conspiracy claims about the murder of Erika's husband and conservative figure Charlie Kirk.

The sudden meeting is expected to address recent tensions and online speculations surrounding them. Sharing the update on X (formerly Twitter), Erika explained that both sides agreed to pause public engagement until after the meeting.

She wrote, “@RealCandaceO and I have agreed that public discussions, livestreams, and tweets are on hold until after this meeting. I look forward to a productive conversation. Thank you.”

Owens later acknowledged the announcement and expressed a positive outlook toward the upcoming "private" conversation. Responding to Erika’s post, she stated, “I am very much looking forward to this discussion.”

Interestingly, during a recent discussion with CBS News editor-in-Chief Bari Weiss, Erika spoke about Owens and the conspiracy theories surrounding her husband’s murder. Erika firmly called for an end to the speculation, saying, “Stop. That’s it. That’s all I have to say. Stop.”

Candace Owens fuels conspiracy theories about Charlie Kirk’s murder

Owens has been in the spotlight for some time due to a series of controversial claims linked to the death of Charlie Kirk. Her statements have repeatedly drawn criticism and intense public debate.

She previously suggested that Tyler Robinson was not responsible for Charlie's murder. She made this claim during an interview with CNN journalist Elle Reeve.

She later escalated her rhetoric even further. She openly stated that she wanted a confrontation with TPUSA and everyone present on the day of the killing.
