SANTA YNEZ, CALIFORNIA: President Joe Biden's time in the White House is coming to an end, and there are rumors that he is house-hunting to spend the next chapter of his life with First Lady Jill Biden following decades of public service.

Recent speculation suggests that Biden, 81, is considering purchasing the California ranch formerly owned by the late Olivia Newton-John.

The late 'Grease' star lived on her 12-acre Santa Ynez estate with her husband, John Easterling, until her death from breast cancer in August 2022

Following her death, Newton-John's widower put the 4,450-square-foot ranch on the market in June for $8.9 million, according to People.

A report by the Montecito Journal asserted that the Bidens were planning to buy the property for their post-White House life, according to TMZ.

According to the outlet, Joe and Jill Biden are prepared to invest approximately $9 million in a ranch located in the picturesque Santa Ynez community, renowned for its outstanding wineries near Santa Barbara.

Biden has fewer than four months remaining in the White House before stepping down as President of the United States on January 20, 2025. The octogenarian's aspirations for a second term were dashed after a challenging debate performance against former President Donald Trump in June.

Responding to pressure from Democratic lawmakers and donors, Biden withdrew from his reelection campaign in July, passing the baton to Vice President Kamala Harris.

A representative for the late Olivia Newton-John addressed the rumors to TMZ, stating that they were "not true."

The family's real estate agent, Carey Kendall, reiterated the denial of speculations that President Biden and First Lady Jill Biden were preparing to invest millions in the late British-Australian singer and actress' ranch to reside near the White House.

The real estate agent emphasized that neither the Biden family nor anyone from the President's team has ever visited the ranch. Kendall, from the real estate team Village Properties, holds the listing for the estate.

"John and Olivia recognized that uniqueness when they purchased the property many years ago; and they looked extensively before deciding this was the magic place for them," Kendall told People previously.

"I think I was recognizing that I'm not here very much, and it was just time to let somebody else really enjoy this place," Easterling said when listing the property for sale. "I mean, we had such a lovely time here, but it was our place and now I'm recognizing it's time to let somebody else enjoy that peace and serenity and beauty of what this place is."

The widower also mentioned that he felt a "very strong presence" of his late wife at the Santa Ynez estate.

Photos were posted on real estate agent Carey Kendall's website, along with a video shared on People that offered a sneak peek into the luxurious ranch.

The estate boasts four bedrooms and bathrooms, a two-bedroom guest house, an outdoor kitchen, a pool, and a garage capable of holding four cars. Additionally, it includes a barn, a stable, an arena, and expansive pastures.
